U-RENT-IT-WE-MOVE-U is a licensed, insured and bonded hybrid moving company that specialize in offering a complete range of moving services — from labor only to full service moves — for as low as $49/Hr for 2 Movers, $75/Hr for 3 Movers, $100/Hr for 4 Movers (Labor only w/ 3 Hr Minimum). Movers will provide Free Furniture Pads, Free Shrink Wrap and Tape, Free Furniture Disassembly and Setup, No Stair Charge, and Fuel Surcharge starting at $25 (to get movers and equipment to your location). Moving Packages are available starting at $219 for 2-Man Express Move (includes 24' foot truck, 2 Movers, 2 Hrs — this package is Great for furniture pickup, delivery and setup). 2-Man Apartment Moving Packages start at $279 (includes 24' foot truck, 2 Movers, 3 Hrs). 3-Man House Moving Packages start at $449 (includes 24' foot truck, 3 Movers, 5 Hrs). Long-Distance Moving Packages start at $1299 (Includes 26' foot truck, 3 Movers, 10 Hrs Labor, Up to 150 miles).

History

Established in 2010. U-RENT-IT-WE-MOVE-U moving labor service was started after a friend that worked for Uhaul told me how their customers would always ask if they knew someone that needed extra cash to help them load their trucks. At the time I was going thru a financially draining divorce so I asked my friend to send their customers to me and the rest is history. Since then I quit my job as a courier and bought over 100 furniture pads, dollies, tie-down rope, and tools, and hired professional movers that work for major moving companies. Currently U-RENT-IT-WE-MOVE-U has moved over 740 people from 10'x10' storage units, on up to 7000 sq. ft. mini-mansions, and moved customers around the Greater Houston Area and as far as Hamden, Maine.

Wow! These guys are legit, first class and hard working. I've moved all over North America, probably 8 times in the last 10 years and these guys are among the best. They showed up on time and got right to work, putting down blankets to protect the floors, taping up necessary components, protecting furniture while travelling, and etc.. Tim (CEO) was excellent to deal with and communicated very clearly. His crew boss Tito was on point and never skipped a beat. I definitely recommend these guys if you're moving anywhere within Houston, they are top rate.

I've never had better service! My husband and I are career movers, as the hubby is a builder. We have probably moved 15 times in our 20 year marriage. This move was the one I worried about the most because it was between Sugarland and Austin- a distance move. Tim and his crew were incredible! They have their system down pat! As soon as they entered the home, they began organizing and wrapping; and these boys loaded in the most efficient way I've ever seen! We had four guys, two trucks. Though it didn't start until noon, including disassembling and reassembling beds, and the drive to Austin, the total move took 14 hours. NOT ONE THING BROKEN. They were still smiling in the end. The whole crew shook our hands and thanked us after the day was over. I hope I never have to use anyone else as long as I live. I'm so thankful we found them on yelp!

Tim and his staff at U Rent It We Move It are by far the best movers I've ever worked with, and they're prices are very reasonable. They're dependable, they get it done quickly and within budget and paid attention to my specific requests. They will travel any place in town and don't add hourly fees onto that like some others. OMG.... These movers are GREAT!!!!. Professional, courteous, punctual, and fast. I called several movers before I selected U-rent-it-we-move-U. All wanted some type of down payment and or fuel surcharge. My move was long distance 3 hrs drive from Houston.I did a partial move and will need to move the rest of my household in about 6 months, I do not need to look no further for a mover. I will definitely use them again.I have a friend with me , who moved recently using another movers, and she said she will use her movers again, after seeing how professional U-rent-it-we-move-U is, she said she will definitely use them over the ones she used.
