Can you give zero stars?  Wow, i echo everything everyone said.  Hours late, extremely misleading advertising and overall rudeness.  DON'T USE THESE GUYS PERIOD.

COMPLETE A**H**ES!!!!  1 STAR IS A COMPLIMENT!!First they were supposed to come on a Thursday at 5 pm. They kept delaying until they finally said they would come at 8:30/9pm. I said no and for them to come the next morning at 8am sharp because I had an appointment at 11 am with the builder of my house (only 1 bdrm aprt to move). I call them at 7:52am, the guy says he'll be at my place in 20 mins. Guess what?? They didn't show up until 9 am! They never called me to tell me, I had to keep calling them to ask! I had to have my fiance come and watch the move so I could make my appointment. When I return, my fiance and I saw they wrapped my dressing table (w/ 6 drawers) with the drawers INSIDE the wrap! I told them they need to take it out because it's too heavy. The guy says "I'm not a packing company, I just move!" What happened next I was floored and livid. Instead of picking up the dresser and moving it with the dolly, he started DRAGGING my dressing table with the drawers still in them!!! My fiance got mad and told him to stop, but he didn't. My fiance had to end up picking up the other side of the dresser. That's NOT my fiance's job! And of course that furniture piece is now damaged beyond repair. My dressing table cannot even stand upright. It leans to the side and I have to have a big box next to it for it to not fall apart. 4 weeks later, I still have my drawers sitting on my floor because they refuse to respond to my email regarding the damage. They also took a chunk of wood out of my chest of drawers! For a 1 bdrm apartment move, it took 2 guys 5 hours! Really? I do NOT have a lot of items! My fiance later tells me the hispanic guy kept asking personal questions about me, to the point he finally had to tell him he was marrying me and to shut up!Since then, I emailed the pictures of all the damage 2 weeks ago. I call almost everyday and supposedly there is a "Chris" there who handles these "incidences." I asked about the owner of the business, and he supposedly is never there. Lance, the guy that answers the phone, said he's only seen him once since he's worked there. "Chris" has never emailed me back, nor returned any of my many phone calls/messages. Today, I called at 11:30 - "Chris is at lunch and will be back at 1." I call back at 2 - "He's still not in." I finally got so fed up I got loud. Lance kept hanging up on me and told me I was making his life very difficult!!! That's what you call customer service????!!!! I told him if I got a response from Chris or financial compensation for my damage we wouldn't have to go through all this. What did he do? He hung up on me! I will be calling every day until I get an answer! Unbelievable jerks and a waste of a company! I'm trying to get in touch with Groupon to get a refund! I should've checked the reviews before. I usually do, but immensely regret this one slip of mine!!

Terrible. Showed up 2 hours late, after the time I had reserved the apartment building freight elevator and loading dock, then, relegated to a small distant elevator, refused to do the move because the driver didn't like my "attitude".

THE WORST EXPERIENCE...and they didn't even move me. Wish I had seen these reviews before buying a Groupon, scheduling my appointment nearly 2 weeks in advance of my move date, packing my entire apartment, being told they would arrive on my move date by 10am...only to have no word from anyone by noon and after calling (very patiently might I add) multiple times throughout the day checking on when they'd arrive (10:20, noon, 2pm, 530), the guy continued to tell me each time the crew was working on another job and he couldn't give me an ETA. (um, working on a job for 10 hours? Who can afford that long of a move??) I finally was fed up with being given the runaround continuously and cancelled my apt at 830pm (5th call of the day) just to have the same phone attendant who answered all day tell me "If that's the choice you want to make then ok, have a good night." Great customer service. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! I wasted an entire day keeping good faith and trusting they truly would come. If you don't have enough staff to handle all the moves you schedule in a day (missteps or not) then don't own a moving company.

PLEASE NEVER USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. I would have saved myself so much trouble if I would have just read the pervious reviews. I saw this company on Groupon and scheduled an appointment. They never showed up for the appointment, I was unable to contact them all day until 1am in the morning because I was calling every hour. When I did talk to someone, he was unable to tell me why no one showed up and his excuse was "the phones were down" . He then promised that he would call me back the next day with an explanation and when I asked him what number he would call me on ( because he never asked me for my name, number, appointment date, or any details) he hung up on me. Called back, again no answer. Moving is stressful enough please do yourself a favor and use ANY other company. If I could give negative stars, I would!
