Sanford and Son Moving

Do NOT use these people. Over 3 hours late.... Took their time loading their truck with my small 1100 sq ft house contents. But we're almost running when unloading. Dropped pieces, making holes in the vinyl covering on my head board, huge scratches on many pieces of my wood furniture. Did not even get everything moved, for $350 I could have hired and gotten a Uhaul and moved everything. This is my first time to hire movers. Not at all impressed with them.

This moving company is the worst company I've ever dealt with, please do yourself the favor do not trust this company to move a loaf of bread. This company doesn't even deserve one star .....it's so many things that went wrong that I could write a book , please! please! please! do not trust this company

Worst moving experience ever.  They broke my corner curio cabinet.  The employee said that the "wind blew it down."  I kept having to follow them around to make sure that my belongings were being handled properly.  They scratched the paint off the wall.  Knocked several dents into walls.  Took 4 hours to move furniture from an 800 square foot apartment.  Then when it was time to pay, told me that they only take cash.  Needless to say they did not get cash because I was not about to inconvenience myself any more because of these people.  Groupon, please remove them from your site.  No professionalism, no customer service, no concern for your belongings, lack of experience...the list goes on and on.  I would not recommend Sanford & Son Moving to my enemies.

Same as everyone else that has reviewed them, clearly don't care what anyone says or thinks about them.  Like everyone else, they lied over and over again about their ETA, after 1:30 my storage locker was closing so called them AGAIN, got the "10-15 mins away for the 3rd time in an hour, then hung up on me, Manager next day didn't seem to care, looks like most of customers go through the same nonsense, I got a refund from Groupon, these guys are pathetic, incompetent liars

The ABSOLUTE worst movers in the history of moving companies!!!! Please, please, please do not hire this company. I don't know where to begin. First of all, they came extremely unprepared. They barely wrapped any of my furniture. I have so much damage, it's ridiculous. They damaged a brand new flat screen TV, completely destroyed my XL BIG green egg, shattered my expensive China, and destroyed half of my dishes. Lance, who is the owner by the way, tries to pretend he isn't because he doesn't want to take any accountability. He allowed his drunk father, who also was suppose to be a mover, to return to my home after a break, inebriated smelling like he drank a fifth of Hennessy. This drunk idiot is so incapacitated that he runs right into my neighbor's custom mailbox and completely destroys it! In addition to that, my housekeeper tells me that she saw some of the movers go into my refrigerator and drink my wine straight from the bottle! Lance also hires random people he finds off of 59 to come work for the day. Two of the movers told my housekeeper they were "picked off the street" to work. The same day of the move, my keys to my SUV mysteriously disappeared to never be found. This ended up costing me over $3,000 & it took Range Rover almost a month to send me new keys. Two tables, mink coats, & other items are still missing to this day. And of course they never compensated us for anything. I'm sure we have at least $10,000 in damages & lost items. This was the move from HELL!!! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS GHETTO COMPANY!
