Established in 1995. What started as a part time venture has grown to a full enterprise with 3 different locations in Texas and more coming. We are family owned and operated. You will get that small mom and pop treatment from the time you make the first call to the end of the move.

The representative giving me the estimate kept changing the bid higher and higher and when I tried to give him the right information he made the bid higher, so I told him I had to go and hung up.  Then he sent me an email that he "was shocked" that I doubted his professionalism.  I told Ronald I was sorry, and I wanted to work it out, and wanted to sign with his company, but when he did not respond, I went to Yelp and Google and when I saw all the bad reviews, I was grateful that he refused to talk to me! I was going to spend $6675.00 for a move - what was I thinking?  I even apologized, but he refused to accept my apology!  Is that a way to run a business?

I had an alright experience with Nationwide Movers. I called them up to help me move out of my apartment and they were available the very next day, which was convenient since I was already behind schedule.  They gave me the first slot of the day which was an arrival time of between 7am-9am. While I wish this could've been a little bit later, I understand that their days get started early. They showed up promptly at 7am and after signing a couple documents, they were working quickly. There was a two person team working and for the most part they did a good job. There were certain items such as mattresses and televisions that I wish that they had been a little bit more careful with, but I don't think that they were so rough with anything that it should broken.... I will know shortly though as I will be moving into a new place soon. My items are currently in storage. The two men were able to quickly load and unload my furniture for the most part, although due to a slow elevator, it took a little bit longer than expected.  They did a good job making the furniture fit in a smaller storage unit, which I also appreciate.  That being said, their stacking could've been a little bit more thought-out as I am a little bit about their stability.My two main issues with Nationwide Movers Corp. are as follows: First, one of the workers spoke very little English, so it was very difficult to communicate with him. The other worker could translate and communicate, but it was sometimes frustrating to have to hunt the other worker down in order to get my wishes across.  Second, I wish that the movers could have been a little bit more gentle and careful with my furniture. The whole reason that I hired them was because I knew that if I tried to move it alone or with my friends, we would end up hurting some of it. So, I have high expectations on that front. They weren't horrible, but I wouldn't say it was especially well taken care of. Overall, the service was adequate. If you have nicer furniture and you are looking to make a move, I suggest looking elsewhere. But, if you are looking for something a little bit cheaper, Nationwide might be right for you.

If you need help moving and want guys to show up without basic moving equipment needed, use your tools without asking, make sexual comments about your wife in Spanish and then try to intimidate and demand cash only, use Nationwide Movers.Also, if you want to see a lack of responsiveness from the manager when all of this is raised, call Servando and Nationwide Movers!How incredible! It's been quite some time since I've experienced this level of un-professionalism and lack of response by a manager.I do not recommend this company.Better Business Bureau knows, Angie's knows, Facebook knows and now Yelp knows.Here are some of the issues shared with the manager, Servando.1) Movers did not have the equipment needed today and resulted in hours of lost time. They showed up without the needed equipment to move a safe. During the appointment scheduling I specified the type, dimensions and weight of the safe. This should have been known. When I called in to follow up, that information was not on the order notes.2) The movers used my tools without permission. One of the guys used my power tools, without asking. They did have permission to use the level, both of these items the movers should have. This relates to item one.3) The movers had an extremely bad attitude. In addition to speaking down to my wife, she felt incredibly uncomfortable to the point that she went to her car to get her concealed handgun just in case. Additionally, they assumed she didn't understand a bit of Spanish. Not the correct assumption. The things said we're incredibly inappropriate that if we weren't under time pressure to get that stuff out of the house I would have left work and ran them off.4) cash only was requested at the end and one of the guys was so pushy he nearly cornered my wife demanding payment. This is not okay. This was not part of the deal. I understand avoiding credit card fees. A cashiers check, something I bought my house with, could have been obtained quickly.5) Unprofessional attire. One of the guys wore a hat with a big marijuana leaf on it. While this is a free country and people can do what they want, I don't believe that the owner would appreciate that person representing his company in that way. Also, he sat by and watched guys assemble the pool table and lounged and played on his phone.Lastly, when these issues were raised all that was offered was an apology. No discussion on repremanding the employees, no discussion of reimbursement. Just an attack of false allegations. I have some of this stuff on video! Incredibly surprised

Hired the 2 men crew to help me and my sister move our furniture. The guys did absolutely great work and in an timely manner. Most definitely will use them in the future .

These guys moved a perfectly working piano for me.  They know how to break it down, but they don't know how to set it back up.  I'm sure it's an easy fix by a piano technician, but they advertise on their website as experienced piano movers even though they have no clue how to reassemble it.My piano now sustains without pressing the sustain pedal.  The left most pedal shifts the whole piano keys.  The sustain pedal doesn't work at all.  They left without any resolution at all.  All they said was that they didn't drop it or scratch it.  So the piano must have been that way before they moved it.  Really...Update:After many times of trying to call the guys at the company to set up an appointment with a technician to come out and fix it, I still do not have a resolution.  I initiate all of the calls, and a couple of people have dealt with my calls, only to say that a piano tech will call me back.  Of course, it never happened.As a result of seeing a negative review, the guy finally calls me back on his own, except it isn't to offer any resolution.  It was to say that because of my review, they will send it to their legal department to deal with me, and that my claim for damage will now be denied, and additionally, the piano tech that he had scheduled has been cancelled (even though there was no evidence to me that they actually scheduled a technician).So instead of treating their customers with some sort of respect and maybe using a little common sense (that the fix was going to be less than $100), they threatened me.  They actually spent time to send me an official letter to say claim is denied and that if I sign it, they'll write me a check for $0.00.What a joke...
