DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THE WORST moving experience of our life! They were scheduled to come between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. At around 2 we received a call stating they would be here at 3. Then at 3 we received a call stating they were leaving Spring and would be here around 5. 5 o'clock came and went and we called and they didn't answer the phone. Then we finally reached someone around 5:30 who said they were leaving Katy and would be at our house in 55 minutes. At 6:45 we called and they rudely said they were 20 minutes away. Long story short, they stopped answering our calls and never showed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are unprofessional, rude and won't even show up!

This was the worst experience ever. First of all, I have moved about once a year for about ten years, due to my job, so I do know how they should move people. As soon as the movers walk in, they immediately call the office and tell them I have too much stuff and they won't do the job. I talk to the office, and tell them I literally moved less than three months ago and actually had more at that time than I did now. Everything was packed in boxes, and all the furniture was taken apart for them so the job would be easier. I actually helped them put everything into the truck. (Turns out most of what they loaded is either broken or scratched). As soon as we get to my new apartment, the mover (doesn't speak any English either) starts telling me to give him $700 cash or he will not unload my stuff.  So, I call the office and speak with the staff. They are all of a sudden not as friendly as they were when I called to set my appointment.  They are now telling me that I need to pay the driver $800 in cash, or they would take all of my belongings as collateral and will return them after I have paid. Seriously?  You pay movers when they are done!  So, I call and get a credit card number to give them and now they have some BS story about no credit cards over the phone (which was totally fine ten minutes ago) and I talked to the owner. Same name as everyone else mentioned in their reviews.  Anyway, he told me to fill out som form and fax it in. Ok, whatever. So I go and fax it in, and my husband calls to tell me that the movers left in the truck, and all of our stuff is still inside of it. We called the cops, cops came, and I called the moving company, and they tell me they have no idea where the driver is, he won't answer the phone and they have no idea why he would leave with all of our stuff inside of the truck. Yes, I paid the $800 for them to finish the job and they still took off with my stuff in the truck. The cops waited around for about an hour until they came back and put everything inside. They left it all in a huge mess, nothing is where it should be. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND CALL SOMEONE REPUTABLE.  I'm still mad, and I'm sure I left a whole lot out, but my entire day while they were here was awful. From the minute they started to when they drove away. And now that we are unpacking and outing our furniture away, almost everything is scratched, dented, broken or cracked. To make it even better, the movers actually wanted me to pay him for the hour that he actually left and stole all of my stuff. Seriously!  And was upset when I would not sign that form for him.

I did not have the same experience as so many here have talked about. Scheduling was simple, the movers were polite and I was able to communicate with them (the crew leader was named Daniel), they were professional, they wrapped everything up nice and tight and placed everything exactly where I asked. I find it odd that there are either excellent reviews or 1 star reviews. I felt neither pressured nor intimidated. I'd use them again.

We used Nationwide Movers on very short notice to move us from Katy, Tx to Frisco, Tx. They came in on a Wednesday morning and packed up my entire house. They sent Alex and Carlos to do the packing. They carefully packed everything and if they noticed a small scratch on any of the furniture they made me aware.  They were very professional and respectful. The company sent an additional 2 guys (Jerry & Fabian) out in a separate truck to start loading the boxes. I was very apprehensive about them loading the truck and taking our belongings from the house to their yard. The owner called and explained that since we only have a short time frame to complete the job this would be necessary. He could tell how uncomfortable I was so he gave me access to view the yard and where the trucks park at night. In addition, he reassured me everything would be fine. The next day (Thursday) Carlos & Fabian came back and finished loading the remaining furniture and boxes. Then they left for Frisco and when they arrived they got right to work unloading everything, putting the beds, dressers and mirrors back together including hooking up the washer, dryer, refrigerator and tv on the stand. They were working so hard I bought them dinner for more energy to finish the job and drive back to Houston that night. Overall, they did an awesome job. I did not have any scratches on my furniture. None of our stuff came up missing or broken and everything was very well packed. I would recommend Nationwide and ask for Carlos, Alex, Fabian and/or Jerry to assist you with your move.

Worst movers I've ever experienced. Was dealing with Beth as far as the set up. She was friendly and polite at first. Everything seemed to be going smoothly. I did have to call the day of because I was never given a conformation. The two guys that showed up took their dear sweet time and carelessly threw my belongings along. I called Beth to discuss the progress 3 times and she couldn't care less. One of the workers, Carlos, told me that I "should have just moved myself". Again, I call Beth and she brushes me off saying that she will have a manager call me. Cicilla (manager) in the office is a joke. After interrupting me throughout me trying to explain the situation at hand, she hangs up on me a number of times. I call back asking if they were a local company or if there is a number to their headquarters. First she tells me to just look on the website. She then claims she's the owner of the company AND the manager, therefore, they will not do anything about the unprofessional movers nor their terrible attitude. Again, I have to call because of yet another issue with the movers throwing items into the house. Cicilla began denying she ever said that she was the owner and that the real owner was out of town. It's impossible to rectify any issue with this company! My brand new $1000 TV is bent at the base and the mover (Carlos again) claims that's how it's supposed to look. He also blamed my packing on the bending. He was the one that wrapped it in blankets and plastic wrap. The company pays 0.60 per pound for items that are damaged. That being said, my $1000 TV is worth $5 to them. Don't waste your time, sanity, or money on this company. The movers aren't worth the $75+ hourly rate and everyone in the office is an incompetent, rude, moron.
