My in laws used them and it was awful. Late, brought the wrong sized truck, damaged some things and broke others beyond repair. They dropped an antique violin on the driveway and ran it over. Despite what the owner told my family he does not carry a huge insurance policy and will instead arbitrate. $600+ worth of damage to antiques and other irreplaceable items and they got paid by the weight. With a bad check. This is the short version of the experience, it gets worse. Stay away.

I completely missed the 3 reviews for this company. Complete disaster from the go. They failed to mention that they charge drive time for their employees to get to the job site. So the estimate at the time of arrival was already 1/3 higher than the over the phone estimate. I would have told them to leave, but I had already given them a one hour deposit on the phone and I didn't have any other options to get the truck unloaded. They were also 4.5 hours late. Do not ever use this company!

My parents used them to move their entire house from Houston to Georgetown. The company broke the TV, washing machine, large fountain, and their stuff sat in a broken down truck for 6 days. Also, a beautiful large picture of a mother angel and her baby angels was never found. Stolen? Who knows. Their insurance wouldn't pay without original receipts; made it impossible to make a claim. All the boxes were squished. Its like they didn't care.

WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. This company was provided to me by a broker and was the worst thing to ever happen to me. This company picked up my job at 2:00am. They never took and inventory and they made us load the truck, which they were suppose to do. They also showed up with someones else load in the truck and we had to leave behind roughly $2,000 worth of belongings. We were told it would be an empty truck. They never wrapped any of our furniture and took no notice to things labeled glass or fragile. We lucky had plastic wrap and tried our best to protect our furniture. They failed to communicate with us and finally when they did we learned our stuff was in Houston in a warehouse. They stored it there for weeks. I saw pictures from the truck driver who delivered my stuff and it was haphazardly tossed around in just one warehouse. A lot of our furniture is beat up now and a lot of things were broke. This company was absolutely awful. No communication, no inventory, they have not refunded me for the days after 21, it was the worst experience I ever had to deal with.

Stay far away from this crook.  Man uses a professional front on the phone and is nothing but a slime ball behind the scenes.  This man arrived and tried to change and renegotiate the price and when we told him never mind he changed his tune... HOWEVER!!!!!    Once he loaded the truck he changed his tune again and tried to hijack our furniture and up the price and makes threats and wanted cash and kept saying our credit cards were Declined and that's not even possible.  We called our card company and the cards were not ran - he kept hiking the price on us and bullying my wife .......   The crew doesn't speak English but we were able to speak with them in Spanish.  his own crew says he does this with everyone and has even stolen items . That this man has a garage full of trucks with furniture where this game has worked for him and he has been able to rob people .... please do not use this crook .. this has been a very educating and stressful move.
