H-Town Movers Houston

We had a great experience with H-Town movers. We hired them recently for loading our stuff from a one-bedroom apartment into relocubes. Two people showed up. They were on time, friendly and wasted no time. They initially put our stuff into two of them but later rearranged into just one relocube, thus saving us money on the second one. I commend them for going above and beyond than what was asked for. I highlight recommend them!! :)

Excellent moving experience!  Miguel and his crew arrived about 15 minutes early to figure out where we were since we were in the back of an apartment complex.  We had already set up a plan of moving a two-bedroom, 800 square foot apartment and about half of a 10x10 storage unit, and they came prepared with a 26' truck and a surprising amount of energy.You could tell that the movers were more comfortable speaking Spanish than English, but then again, they didn't do much talking.  They came in, surveyed what we had, and immediately went to work, shrink-wrapping items that might get damaged and packing the truck impressively.  Within two hours, we had everything packed up-- including quite a few of the boxes-- with about half of the truck's space remaining.There was a massive traffic jam on the highway and I was worried that they would get stuck and bill me for the extra time.  I routed around it using Google Maps.  I shouldn't have worried, as they pulled into the storage lot right about when I did.  We got the big items removed from storage and promptly made our way down to the destination with about 10-15% of the space in the trunk unoccupied.Once we arrived, the guys were like clockwork, getting the boxes over to my friends and taking the big items themselves.  No matter what I said, the answer was always "no problem" and they promptly got it done.Overall, I don't really have any complaints.  There were a couple of dinged pieces (including a puncture in a chair), most likely by accident, because they were very careful with all of our possessions.  That said, for how hard they worked, it was easily five star service.

Absolutely amazing service! Hector and Lenny came right on time and helped me move from Houston to Austin today.  Started around 8 and we were done around 2:30! They were non-stop and so efficient. I would absolutely recommend those two. If you are thinking about using Htown I would tell you to tell them to contract with Hector! Fast, very reasonably priced, and a great overall experience. 5/5 experience!

Hector and Lenny did a great job and were very friendly. Made sure to wrap all my furniture to make sure it didn't get scratched. Would highly recommend!!!

Communication and reservation experience with the Htown office was easy and very clear.  Hector and his team were great.  This is tough work, but they came on time, were efficient and careful from start to finish.  We were organized and they took care of our 3-bedroom house move to a 4-story townhouse (grueling stairs) in stride and in record time.  We were 100% satisfied.
