Before the delivery of my Door to Door containers, my phone was stolen at the airport, and I missed my flights and its connection, and arrived in Houston numberless. Due to that, there was slight confusion about my delivery time, as I did not receive any calls, despite of repeated updating of my temporary number. When the mover Luis, called, I had stepped out to get my access to building for my 1st day at work. I rushed home, and he had to postpone my delivery to next morning, even tough I was so disappointed. However, the 2 guys were so incredible, both in demeanor and strength. I was so worried he carried on his shoulder my antique sofa, then 2 twin mattresses... and the rest of my furnitures are heavy because they are wooden. Plus books, and my studio grand piano Steinway. Luis was so strong, he made it look so easy, he and Renee were awesome..The 2 of them were so sincere in helping me, and putting my grand piano on spider dolly, I am so grateful. I only had 3 days to move, and put my son in school, before I start work. These stars are for them, who made setting up my new home possible before 6pm on the same day, and I have a lot of things..:)

Do NOT entrust your move to this awful, awful company. I do not want to give one star. We only had to do a short move - from San Diego to Orange County and it was the most horrific experience. They have broken several irreplaceable items and even broke the toilet and a chandelier in our new home. Some of the items they broke were custom made and one-of-a-kind wedding gifts. They offered absoutely no apologies. Everything was thrown in large boxes with heavy items crushing fragile, unprotected items below. They were disorganized and obviously not a professional crew. The guy who appeared to be in charge did apologize profusely and has more integrity than Graebel but he is just a contractor. Graebel takes no accountability and will just send you a claim form - they don't want to hear it. Not a single apology. While three guys "packed" us up (threw things in boxes) .... one got sick and I had to go to the drug store to get something for him as he continued to get ill in our bathroom. The next day he showed up but now they were another man down. They threw boxes all over the place - just absolute chaos. Nothing is labeled. I end up in tears everytime we unpack a box and find more cherished items destroyed. Stay far, far away from Graebel Van Lines and Move Management Services. Oh, forgot to mention they also showed up late for both packing and unloading and they "forgot" to pack two large cupboards and a glass curio cabinet. When we asked them to please pack those as well they said they were out of room in the truck. Huh? We were living in under 800 sq. ft. and didn't move any large furniture other than one bed. Of course, now I'm grateful they didn't move the curio - I'm sure it would not have arrived in one piece. This company is an absolute disgrace.
