I would give them zero if I could. This is the worst company we have ever used. They absolutely do not care about making things right with the customer. We used them to move into new house in March. They damaged floor and dented refrigerator door in two places. It took them 2 months to fix floor and that was only because we found the replacement wood and insisted they send someone to fix. 4 months later they still have not fixed refrigerator door. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want a lot of headaches!!!!  I can't even stress enough to stay away. They maybe a little cheaper than other companies but you will pay more in the long run.

All I can say I was disappointed ! I thought the owners introduction mailer was amazing! Truthful/honest! I want to hire this company! I did. I think they dropped the ball with my move. I packed organized in vain! When the move finally happened it was an amazing disappointment! Labeling boxes was done on some and the rest ??? Well if you ever have moved before one or two boxes are missed placed but not 85%! I am not exaggerating . I noticed they marked some of the boxes garage! That box originated in one of the bedrooms. I am sure they scribbled on it so not to go up the stairs. Also the worst I was overcharged for boxes! No kidding! Expensive boxes used for ridiculous objects that didn't need to be boxed! I purchased my own boxes and bins! Three rooms totally packed by me! The list goes on! I would only hire if I did the entire house! And moved into a storage unit!!! Let me mention lost and damaged  items as well! This was the all time worst move ever! And I only moved 20 minutes away! I guess the joke was on me! I do not want to say negative things! The people where very polite . The office people where compassionate to my concerns! So I hope that they learnt from this debacle of a move! No hard feelings! Just learn and do a better job!

This has been the worst experience I have had with a moving company. My parents moved in Spring, TX and I was getting my piano from their house. Once the company put the piano in their storage they called me to set up a day to come drop it off at my house in Pearland. The day before they were suppose to come, I got a call saying that they didn't have enough time to drop it off and needed to reschedule. The next 2 times we scheduled they had the excuse that the truck "broke down." After rescheduling again for a Saturday morning at 7 am I waited around until 11:15 for them to show up with the piano. Once the piano arrived I noticed that only the top section was wrapped in clear plastic wrap. They didn't take care of it like they said they would. Therefore, because it wasn't probably wrapped all around the bottom of the piano I now have chunks of wood knocked out and scratches all over the piano. One of the legs also has a crack halfway down it. When the movers got to my house I told them exactly where I wanted the piano in the room. I noticed them leave my house without saying a word to me so I went in the room to check on it. The piano was left in the middle of the room and was missing the bench and music stand. I noticed they had already driven off so I called them to let them know that they weren't finished and I was missing pieces. They immediately turned around and brought the bench in with them and moved the piano to the spot I first asked. After calling and talking to them several times we scheduled a time for them to bring the missing music stand. I never received a phone call saying they couldn't make it or anything!! They didn't show up at all!! I called 4 days later to see what the problem was and they didn't have any excuses. I still haven't received my missing pieces and they haven't called to schedule a repair man to come look at the piano. I am very disappointed with this company and would recommend using any other company than this one!!!

I just wanted to thank Blue Ox Moving and Joe Beverly for making my move from Tomball to The Woodlands such an easy, trouble-free moving experience. For a local moving company to take the extra time to make sure that everything was packed well and completely move ready was truly a great experience. I will not hesitate to use your company whenever I need to move something in The Woodlands to anywhere in the country! Tell your movers that I sincerely appreciated their help moving the heavy furniture too!Thanks again!

Contacted Blue Ox 3 weeks prior to my scheduled move, confirmed date, put down $100 deposit, confirmed again 2 days prior to move. On the move date, I received a call 15 minutes AFTER they were to meet me at the place I am moving from and they tell me they would be unable to move me. Chris's explanation: "these things happen". I called Woodlands movers and they were very professional, made some calls and were able to help me move 30 minutes after my call. I'll never trust Blue Ox with a move again and neither should you.
