honestly, I never write reviews but Best Moving made my moving experience from Austin to Miami so much easier than I imagined that I had to. The best part of the moving process was how they had packaged my belongings to ensure it wouldn't be damaged in the move. Previous moving companies had handled my furniture improperly and damaged it, so I was really worried this would happen again. Best Moving took all my stuff, treated it with respect, and got it to my new home in the same perfect condition it was in before. The workers were super polite and a pleasure to work with. I'll definitely recommend this company to all my friends who are moving soon and it will be the ONLY company I use if I ever move again! Thanks Best Moving :)

Please stay away from this company! They steal your belongings, customer service is horrible, rude and unprofessional. They were very responsive before they got my money. David Morgan was quick to respond and made an impression that company was professional. Well, it was definitely the wrong impression. Unfortunately I was not able to be present when our belongings arrived. So I realized that some of our things are missing only few days later. I reached the company immediately after that discovery but after getting my money they were no longer interested in dealing with me. They don't respond to my calls, nor my emails for days. When I am lucky to talk to someone they are rude and unhelpful. This company stole very important and sentimental items for me. I call it stealing not losing because if they were lost customer service will do their best to help me locate them, but unfortunately it is not the case. I am reporting those thieves to the better business bureau, too bad it will not return the things I value so much.Also, apparently this company does not want to help nor take any responsibility for their actions.In addition, this company as a sales strategy prior to gaining your business tends to misinform about their charges. As a new customer, you expect honesty, courtesy, punctuality, a partner who not only cares about money but also helping and conducting business in a professional manner. I've wasted so much time and energy dealing them. Picking this "company" was a huge mistake and regret.

I only used this company recently to move from Houston to Austin for college, but I didn't have any complaints. Everything was done efficiently, they communicated with me effectively and the price I paid seemed fair. None of my belongings were even remotely damaged in the move either, which I was super grateful for. The people I talked to mentioned something about new management, so I'm thinking their improvement maybe had something to do with that. Would definitely use this company again if needed in the future!

I needed a moving company to move a serious amount of heavy and delicate furniture from my house in Colorado to Texas. When I was looking at different companies, I was hesitant to choose Best Moving based on the different reviews of the company. After making some calls, I realized that the company was working under a new management and have made certain improvements in their system, so I decided to go with them since their estimate was fairly priced and the lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised with how easy the move went. The team that came to my house didn't waste any time; they efficiently and carefully wrapped the furniture and used up all the space in each box. The driver remained in contact with me throughout the move, which I really appreciated since it arrived ahead of schedule. After reading all the reviews, I was really nervous about the unpacking of the furniture. When they unpacked the truck in my new home, I was afraid they will just remove things from the truck quickly and leave heavy things everywhere for me to move around my new place. To my surprise, after I had asked them to place certain things more gently and in certain places, they were more than happy to help me set everything up and took the time with the more delicate boxes.Best moving surprised me with their professional and efficient service; not only would I use them again but I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This is a real stand up and honest company in all areas of their business. They just moved my deceased mother's belongings from the Houston Texas area to a storage unit in Boulder, CO. When they got to CO, they did a detailed inventory, stickered everything and documented every piece of furniture before loading and were extremely careful in how they packed it on the truck - very impressive. On arrival in Boulder, the driver and his helper had everything unloaded into the storage before I could walk back from the front office and it didn't even take them an hour. Entire trip took about 6 days with additional stops. Their pricing was very reasonable and the communication from dispatch throughout the move was more than I expected. I want to thank Roxy in Sales, Richard in dispatch and the movers in Texas and Colorado for a job well done and for handling this trying time for my family with such professionalism and dignity. Great work.
