I had a very nice z gallery vase that they had wrapped up and packaged. Upon delivery, as I was not home, I find it lying on my counter casually, as if nothing had happened. I unwrapped it and it is shattered and pieces. They clearly knew it was broken but failed to let me know about their carelessness. If you want your furniture broken please use this company.

This has been the WORST experience ever!  The representative was very nice and said all the right things and after that it was a nightmare and I was never able to speak to her again.  The reason I went with this company was they promised to get my things to my new home on a specific day, they came three weeks prior to pick up my stuff and after loading it all up told me that it was going to be $700 more than the quote.  When I questioned the mover he said that the office would be able to make adjustments when I called.  Needless to say I was in a tough spot and against my better judgement let them take my things.  When I tried to reach my representative regarding the price she would not get back to me and I ended up calling a secondary number and getting one of the rudest men I have ever encountered, Frank. I was told that because I let the movers take the things that means I agreed to the price and they "couldn't" adjust it.  After all of that my things have still not arrived and it is four days after the assured date, I just received a call saying that it will be another 4 days until my stuff will be delivered.  This is the short version of the TERROR of working with this group and I would strongly caution anyone considering Best Moving & Storage/Reagan's Transfer/Hercules Moving (all names I have been given for the group) to run in the other direction. I can only hope that I will get my stuff soon and in good condition - who knows...

I requested a moving quote from a online service which has folks constantly calling me (although I requested emails only) and this company keeps calling an calling and hanging up...when I researched the number there are numerous complaints online in regards to their shady business practices, and several complaints of them calling and hanging up repeatedly...omg! So i'm not surprised to find them on here with crap ratings.leave me alone.

I really hate doing bad reviews but this is ridiculous ! Early last week I scheduled for a move from Houston to Queens. They quoted me and eventually came and picked things up. Everything went smooth the guy that came with the men even said "oh wow, you really don't have much of anything, I love it when people tell us exactly what they have so we don't have to charge them nothing more" cool ! We went over extra charges or fees which none applied to myself. It's been a week and I'm being contacted by their third party saying on top of the 500 dollars that I know is owed upon delivery, I am also required to pay 250 for a shuttle fee. Now I clearly stated that I live in a residential area and I live in a house, unlike living in compact areas like Brooklyn, manhattan, or the bronx. They told me I wouldn't have any issues. So I'm really confused as to why a third party is contacting me about an extra 250$. This is ridiculous ! I've already paid over 1200$ with this company as it is, and this should have been expressed before going through with the business. A lady name Tracy, who I booked with claimed that if I went with any other company they'll charge me extra at the last minute and it's ironic because that's what THEY are doing to me. Absolutely unacceptable! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau !
