If I had enough free time, I would literally devote all of my time to making sure this company doesn't screw anyone else ever. Avoid like the plague. Literally sell your belongings before using this company. 10,000 worth of damage and they are not responsible. Highway robbery. In fact. If you want to go into business and make money this is for you. Move people's things take their money destroy it and say "sorry not my problem ". DO NOT EVER. USE THIS COMPANY.

Booking was easy enough and the relo pods were delivered promptly. The labor service that they work with, "Moving Staffers" is really professional and efficient.The trouble came at the pick-up stage. ABF is the freight co. and they insist that you call their local dispatch to schedule pick-up (rather than HQ). The problem is that their local dispatch in the Dallas area is completely incompetent. We called Sat morning to schedule pick-up (they do weekend pick-ups) and they assured us that the pods would be picked up same day, no later than Sunday. Monday rolls around, still no pick-up. I confess I didn't follow up sooner b/c it was a holiday but, that shouldn't matter b/c it wasn't a holiday for them. They were open/operating those days.  The neighbors are getting annoyed and I have no place to park as the pods take up the equivalent of 2 parking spots on the street in front of my home, thus the neighbor complaints. I call Monday and speak with "Milton" and he says, "Well, what do you want me to do about it? I wasn't here when you called Sat." I don't know..for your staff to do their F-ing job???? Total DICK. I call HQ Tues to complain and they are super accommodating, ensuring that the pods would be picked up that day (which they were) and offer to try to find out what happened.HQ calls me back to say they have no explanation except that whoever took our call Sat didn't actually dispatch the truck. OH...you think????ABF/U-Pack HQ is very efficient and accommodating. They're local ABF "partner" leaveS much to be improved upon. Use them but schedule the pick up via HQ AND local dispatch. Get names of people you talk to and take record of the time and date.

If you are planning to move out of state this is the way to go.. Price difference between renting a u-haul and this was huge..very happy with the service.. paid less than quoted as we used less space so that was great, our things arrived earlier than estimated as well...overall very satisfied..

I wish I didn't have to put a star at all. My experience with ABF Upack was terrible. I transitioned from San Diego to Texas and the movers who loaded the trailer were rude. One of the movers actually broke the leg on my mothers couch. When I arrived to Texas the upack was supposed to be there that following Monday. I arrived on a Friday. I never got a phone call with a status update as to the move. On top of that, when I obtained my items the trailer was packed so piss poor multiple items were broken, scratched and my dining room table chairs were broken. I didn't know you had to schedule a pickup once the trailer was vacant . I was informed that the trailer would arrive the following day from 1-5 pm by a Branden who works at the Fort Worth location. The trailer never came which put my storage unit in a tight position. When I called, a Chris Ricestar stated that branden never put the request in and stated the empty trailer would be picked up the following day between the timeframe of 10-1pm. When I called today around 11:37 I was greeted by branden who was rude in stating the trailer was picked up at 11:10. When I stated I just wanted to confirm that happened he disconnected the phone call. I will never use their services again and I advise you thoroughly monitor the movers and make sure you have wiggle room when it comes to having your personal belongings ... they truly do not care for their customers .

AWESOME Experience!! I've looked at several moving companies and i didn't want to pay thousannddsss of dollars!Moved from NC to TXAlso checked multiple pack it yourself company like zippy shell, even uhaul has a UBOX which is very similar to the relocube for ABF's Upack, although uhauls u box was cheaper then ABF by just 200$, i prefered abf's based on the reviews. The relocube is small, after further research i found out they also have a trailer which they will drop off just like the cube, but with more space, you only pay for what you use which is much more conveint then the cube  cause you get a whoollleee trailer and you'll get a quote on certain amount of feet and if you use less then your quote you get some money back but if you end up using more then they charge you a bit per foot! much better then have to stress over needed an extra cube since we prob would have filled 1.5 cubes but would have ended up having to pay for to cubes which would have been more then the trailer!Besides this I've recieved great customer service through the found by Lupita Barraza (ft. Worth) and my drivers from apex was very punctual and professional andddd a great driver having to squeeze in etween to big cars just to have the trailer in the position i needed it. My driver from ft worth/arlington also amazing! I will def use this company again!!!
