Update...Thank you Move Pros.  The owner called to apologize and sent payment for the damages. Although the move didn't go as planned, the owner assured me that changes were made. We really appreciate them following up after the move to rectify things.  We will probably use them again.

Disappointed in the communication provided. I had scheduled and confirmed my move for later in the afternoon on a Sunday.  When moving day came, I got a call from the movers almost 2 hours early that they are on their way.  This would have been fine with a little advanced notice. I explained it would be an hour before I could make it. Apparently, this wouldn't work so they said they would call back. Instead, I spent a better part of the day trying to coordinate the move time and get a response. I had to call and make the initiative to get any type of response. My move time came and went without any information.  After several texts back and forth saying someone would call, I finally got a call later in the evening that they could come out next day if I wanted. As I had other obligations, I declined. Moving is never fun. However, I had expected better service based on other reviews. I hope the business can learn from this review to schedule accordingly, communicate any changes as soon as possible, and make sure to follow up when you say you will.Corrected the time prior to move.  Regardless, this just shows the level of unprofessionalism and lack of record keeping.  As shown in the texts, the move was scheduled for 7/10 between 3 and 4 for 3 man crew.  A mistake was made; they happen from time to time.  Understand that this should have been addressed in a more appropriate manner the day of the move.  Learn from your mistakes.You are right - you didnt move me.  When i called and asked if you hired your own employees, you assured me you did.  No time did you tell me the move was being done by another company, as shown by the texts.  I was caught by complete surprise going back and forth between two companies who had no idea of what they were doing.  If you schedule a move, do it yourself or let the customer know it is being sub'd out.  I would have never scheduled with you if i knew it was being sub'd out.

Update! Be sure to read the customer alert below!Every single word a lie. Perhaps he got confused with another customer. Just a few of the lies: the house is 3100 sq ft. ALL the boxes were ours in our attic, we never asked to box the little items laying around upstairs ... it was an hour later when I realized they packed some items upstairs with OUR boxes and OUR tape! They did use their shrink wrap for some items. He offered the "free" truck before the day of move, never actually needed it, WE moved the garage two days later lol, nope, one trailer was 3/4 full the other maybe 1/4, here's the kicker... we were laughing with the guys when we did talk to them... we were busy cleaning and packing barely spoke to guys until I asked them why they were walking up -down the driveway instead of driving truck down, they (the workers) said Tom told them not to.. they were SO appreciative that I got Tom to have them drive the trailer down the driveway. They were SO happy they didn't have to walk up and down the hill/driveway! Furthermore, they gave me their number and we texted that night because I GAVE them furniture we did not want..if we were so rude and pushy they would never have given me their number nor would they have been so appreciative for the free items we gave them, or thank me over and over for getting the truck pulled down. lastly, I did not become irate, I actually laughed and handed the phone to my brother cause I couldn't deal with the nonsense he was saying. Ask his employees Brandon, Ronnie, Julius etc. they complained about Tom the whole time and agreed walking up and down driveway was ridiculous. We never said or did half the things he said. The fuel stop... we never got gas lol never even got out of the car. We did not demand that they follow us, we asked... made sense since the new house street is NOT yet on a map! Lmao all the guys went into the store and bought items. This is a joke. He is a joke and an liar.  Use him at your own risk.  BTW where's my lamp? They actually stole my lamp. Sad. If you would like pictures message me I'll be happy to send you pictures. I took tons. FYI: update today... I later posted a picture that Yelp put on their page that said: "Customer Alert!""A number of positive reviews from this business originated from the same IP address. Our automated recommendation software...(blah blah) ... we wanted to call this to your attention ...someone may be trying to artificially inflate the rating for this business"Yelp notified me today that the photo did not belong to me so they removed it. Lol. I took the picture with my phone, not sure why it's not mine? So instead I am posting what the warning said. Beware.

Steven, Mike & Gabe were amazing! I am beyond satisfied with their moving service! This is the second time I used The Move Pros and just like last time I had an excellent, fast and kind crew of guys that moved everything I had in less than 4 hours! I couldn't believe how efficient they were. I will definitely be using these guys in the future!

Zero stars. No show for local appliance move and he did not tell us he wouldn't make it until the end of the pick up window he had provided. Offered apologies, but I find it highly unprofessional to not know his own crew's schedule and time necessary for his commitments, keep us informed, and then try to change to another day. We have moved many times and I know you should "expect the unexpected" on a move day, but I also expect to see the mover who made the commitment. Please find someone else if you don't want to get a UHaul.
