Highly disappointed.

I had booked service yesterday between 12-1.

They looked for on-time payment before service start with below given service.
1. Team wasn’t on time for schedule. They reached pickup location at 5 PM.
2. They were not active.
3. Three persons were assigned out of them one was working (Brian I assume is his name) and rest two were not ready to work. No one co-operating each other.
4. To pack items my personal accessories were used.
5. Sofa was tore out while moving.
6. Apartment door is damaged.
7. None of my boxes were taken care as a part of delivery, nothing was packed or plastic wrapped, they kept saying packing will be done in truck but it was untouched all along.
8. It took 3 hours to load 1 BHK apartment where three persons were assigned and nothing packed or touched with 6 heavy items which includes sofa, washer and dryer, coffee table, mattress(without bed and box spring).
9. Customer service is poor, after giving all trouble they are not responsive at all where I tried reaching multiple times.
10. I was charged for smoke breaks, unnecessary talks while on pickup location and 15/20 mins where no one will show up at pickup location.

For above all given services was changed $400, where I am in actual personal loss of $700..

These guys are awesome... I had a little anxiety about moving but they came in and was so nice and peaceful that it made me calm about having to move. They were professional and courteous at all times. They even corrected my bed that had been assembled wrong by the previous delivery guy. These guys are awesome and work really hard. Although I don't look forward to moving again, when it's time, I will definitely be giving these guys a call. No hidden fees or crazy charges. Thanks guys for your hard work!

The moving event okay and the movers worked hard to get the job done. I even gave them a tip. I have a problem with the manager or the guy in charge named Steve. He's the one who first communicated with me regarding the move. I have texted and called him numerous time asking him to give me my receipt so I can keep it for tax deduction. A customer should not have to keep asking for the receipt. Everytime I call he acts clueless, and blames it on some "girls" in the office. I guess he thinks after the job is done there's no need to make the customer happy anymore. Steve, if you see this post, email me my receipt buddy, and I will remove this post. *****Do not...I repeat...do NOT use this company*****irreplaceable boxed items were stolen at some point from the moving crew. The owner was notified of the missing box and lacked empathy & even suggested skepticism of the missing box. I get we live in a world where people take advantage & cheat the system but that is not our ammo by any means. I am beyond heartbroken & angryThey also damaged my sons crib and our entry door. The owner offered for someone to come out to repair however I cant trust anyone associated with this individual or his company.Your best bet is to move your own things.

Wow, these are the guys to call!  We had a bunch of arcade machines to move, including one 970lb Dance Dance Revolution machine up a spiral staircase in our home.  They showed up with 4 beefy dudes and hauled all three machines upstairs in less than 15 minutes without a scratch to anyone or anything.  I couldn't even open my eyes to watch as they lugged that ginormous dance machine upstairs, but they were careful and didn't hit the wall or anything.  Tom was very friendly and showed up when he said he was going to.  I would hire these guys for sure for any future move, and considering how much my fiance loves accumulating arcade machines...I'm sure we will hire them again soon!
