Matt is absolutely amazing! This is my second time using him. I needed him to move a washer and dryer from one place to another and he did it no questions asked!! His prices are great as well. He charged me same thing both times even though his prices have gone up. I will be definitely using him again!!Thank you so much Matt!!

This is the worst moving experience I have ever had. If I could give zero stars, I would. I scheduled them weeks in advance (I even called to confirm and reconfirm days ahead of time) to move me out of my apartment at 11am; it is now 3pm and they keep telling me "one more hour" when I call. I only used this service because of a Groupon and I sincerely regret it. The savings offered is nothing compared to the inconvenience and frustration of waiting all day long for them to show up. If you need movers use another service, do not put yourself through this kind of frustration just to save a buck. I ended up having to cancel the service after five hours of waiting. Worst moving company ever.

What a joke these guys are horrible? They said they would be there at 3pm and they showed up at 4:45 and it was only 1 guy..he told my girlfriend that she would just have to help him..needless to say she called me and we told them to get lost..totally unreliable

I am giving them 3 stars merely for the fact that they were able to move me on the same day and within a couple of hours, but that's all. I told them that I had a 1500 sqft 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment, and the 2nd bedroom was my office and did not have 2 beds. He assured me that the truck they had would be big enough for all of my belongings and would only take one trip. It took them 2 trips to move all of my belongings to my storage unit and no one told me that they didn't get all of my stuff until I told them I was about to leave. No one called me and told me and I wonder if they would have even told me had I not commented that I had a client booked. If I didn't mention it and they didn't tell me, I would have left when they went back to pickup the last load and they would have been locked out of the storage unit. Also when it came time for payment, I was informed by the movers and NOT the person whom I spoke with that booked the move that they only take cash. Thankfully they allowed me to pay part of it with credit card and the other part with cash. I'm only able to withdrawal $400 a day out of the ATM. If the move wasn't last minute I would have asked more questions and compared more movers.

To say my experience with Strongarm Services, LLC has been terrible would be an understatement.  I am still currently trying to get my situation resolved.  However, with the lack of communication on their part has limited my ability to do that. Now, I am currently having to utilize the proper channels in order to get my situation resolved.  The following are only SOME of the many issues I have had to date: To begin, the movers arrived over a hour late to my home without the proper materials in order to move my things.  They claimed they couldn't move a love-seat out of the same door it was moved-in through.  It seemed a bit contradictory for the name of the company to be Strongarm when the crew they originally sent to move my things weren't strong enough to move the love-seat out of the living room to the garage.  I was also told lies by the 'lead' mover which immediately caused a lack of trust with the moving company.  Mac (who seems to be a manager of some sort) sent another mover to bring the missing supplies, only for the additional mover to leave the needed supplies behind.  I feel this was a tactic to prolong the time, as they charge by the hour. Upon arriving at the new location and getting the items moved-in, there was EXCESSIVE damage to my belongings.  Now, the company has failed to return ALL of my phone calls and is appearing to avoid me at all costs.  I advise everyone to NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
