Absolutely horrible. DO NOT USE THEM. Period the end. You have more luck trying to throw snake eyes with a dice then getting a hold of them of the phone. Find some other moving company because these people took my deposit and never showed up for there 8 am scheduled time. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR MOVING SERVICE!!!

The first move to storage and the crew were great. However, the move to our new home not so hot. We were booked for two trucks. I had to scramble and find my own at the last minute with no notification. When everything was unpacked I had the top of brand new dryer dented, new hardwood floors scratched, artwork scratched, and office an bedroom furniture chipped and refrigerator door handles damaged. Chris said someone would contact me- that never happened. Now, he ignores my calls. Do not trust the military spill. This is not an honorable company. They have no concern about referrals- it's a one shot deal for them. If your things are damaged- tough luck. My guess is that the top of the line insurance they advertise doesn't even exist. RUN and warn your friends!!!

I had a bunch of options to use for my 12/5/15 move but decided to go with Move Masters in order to support a Veteran and a local small business. They claimed to be licensed by TXDOT and listed by the Better Business Bureau. Setting up the move was really easy, I spoke with Mark and it took just a few minutes to finalize everything and pay my $285 deposit for my 8 am move. Then, on moving morning, 8 am came and went. No sign of the movers. Then, at 9:30 I got a call from someone saying they were a little behind but on the way. I got that same call at 10:30, 11:30, 1:30, and 2:30. They FINALLY showed up at 4. Intermittently, I called the sales guy Mark and the owner Chris around 10 times with no answer and no response. I also followed up on their claims of TXDOT licensing (apps.txdmv.gov/apps/mccs…) which showed them with an UNREGISTERED status and the Better Business Bureau (bbb.org/dallas/business-…) which showed them with a NOT ACCREDITED status. The BBB website was also littered with stories just like mine. The most frustrating part was that although they market themselves as an honorable business led by a veteran of the military, Chris, the owner/vet, ducked call after call and still hasn't called me back to explain the terrible service. I expected a stand up guy and I got what I can only assume is an owner who either doesn't give a damn or is a coward. As to how the move was handled, by the time the movers had everything packed up, my storage unit was closed and we had to finish the move the next morning. If you're keeping score at home, my move lasted around 26.5 hours from when I anticipated it beginning until it was completed. After complaining, they knocked 100 dollars off and that was it.

This guy is a scammer. Look at his BBB and type in Chris Booth at Rip Off report. He pretends to be Dallas Move Masters, an accredited company. He preys on unsuspecting customers by using that profile. Avoid him at all costs.ripoffreport.com/r/Chris…

DO NOT USE!!! We put a deposit down for a move scheduled at 8am. What time did the movers finally arrive? 4pm!!! If it weren't for us continually calling every number we had from them and leaving tons of voicemails I don't think they would have ever showed up. We kept getting excuses and "we are on our way" but 1 hour late turned into 2, then 3 then before we know it 7 hours late! This is an unreliable company who doesn't answer their phones or call back. And you would think after putting us out like that and missing our time frame for when we could drop off at storage therefore making us move the next morning that we would be given a free move or a hefty discount, but no only a couple of hours were shaved off our price. Stay away!!!!
