RUN!!! Do not use these people. They showed up late on the day of our move, then ended up leaving after working for only 1 hour. One of the guys supposedly had an allergic reaction, I highly doubt that's what was really going on. We had speakers stolen off our wall, I had a pool stick stolen that belonged to my deceased father and my table was also stolen.

there is no .0000000000001 rating, these guys are crooks, Chris Booth and Mark Efros don't have a set of balls between them. I have never spoken to more worthless individuals in my life. They make promises they don't keep, don't actually have insurance or license for their trucks. Run far, run fast, they will damage your furniture and never look back. I can honestly say if you do not heed this advice you will regret it.  A**clowns extroidinairre. Scheduled for 8am, they showed up at 9:30pm, short a guy, finished moving me at 2:41am, my new neighbors must love me

I found Move Masters through a local site which allows movers to bid on your move.  Even though their quote was a little higher then some of the other movers, I chose them because I liked the idea of supporting former service men.  I accepted their bid about a week from my move.  I emailed and called them.  Days went by and I was going to hire another mover when I received a call from them.  They could take care of my move but there would be an additional fee not included in my quote.  I agreed to the extra fee, but asked if we could schedule the movers for the afternoon.  "I will have to call you back in a couple of hours".  Well a couple of hours came and passed, so I booked another mover.  Better rates and costumer service.  I thought I was done with Move Masters.Then they called today (the day of my Move!!!).  I explained that I had to book someone else for the gig because, no one called me back to confirm my movers.This was the response I received: "yeah, we tabled you because we didn't really want to drive out to Rockwall"  Are you serious?!!!  Why bid on a job you don't want?  If it was outside your service area, why did you bid on it, or if it was an accident, just call or email me and say "hey that's outside of our service area!!!!  But instead, I had to scrabble just days before I was scheduled to have my pod delivered to find a new moving company!!!!!  Because you can't give me a heads up that you don't want the job.   I'm glad that business is soooo good that you can not only turn away business but ignore customers.Bottom line: If you try to book these guys, you may find that they don't feel like actually coming to your area, and you could end up in a tight spot.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! If you want to know why read below:1. DFW Move Masters (not to be confused with the legitimate Dallas Move Masters) has multiple unanswered complaints, an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau and is listed as NOT BBB ACCREDITED. 2. Owner Chris Booth was arrested three times for drunk driving (texas.arrests.org). He's the one with green hair.3. They are unregistered with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles as a carrier and had their certificate revoked twice. (txdot.gov)4. Under the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles, they are listed as "CARRIER IS NOT AUTHORIZED FOR INTRASTATE OPERATIONS" since 2013.5. They are not insured and neither are their trucks.  Policy under Progressive County Mutual Insurance Company was canceled in 2014.  (txdot.gov)We found Move Masters through a flyers in our mailbox and went with them because of the military logistics specialist background that Chris Booth advertised in his flyer. First of all, their sales guy, Matt Wright, presented no contract before the move (that should have been a red flag). ALWAYS GET A CONTRACT BEFOREHAND (lesson learned). Second, the night before the move they called confirming the crew would arrive between 8 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. The day of the move, they were SIX hours late with no phone call beforehand to say they were running late. We had to call them. The crew was great though. Juan and Rene, as well as another man, did a great job. However, during the move our dining room table was damaged and our son's bed rail was broken. The guys said that there was a man at their shop who could fix the bed and return it. So my husband allowed them to take it. A week goes by no calls, no bed. We call them. No return calls. The ONLY time we got a response is when we started posting negative responses on social media on the theft of our son's bed.We never received our son's bed and it's been 2 months since the move. DO NOT USE this moving company. If I could give negative stars I would.

If it was possible to give negative stars, we would.  Scheduled them last week for a move this morning.  They were supposed to arrive at 8 AM.  At 830, I called as they were not here and Chris told me that they had a truck issue, but were no their way and would be here in 15-20 minutes.  At 930, I called again, no answer.  I have continued to call in the nearly 4 hours since they were to arrive and no answer, no return call, and no response to my email.
