I have used this company twice now and was very satisfied both times.  The crew arrived at the exact time I was quoted (9:00 am) and had my 2 bedroom apartment loaded, moved and unloaded in 3 hours.  The prices are very reasonable and the moving crew was friendly and helpful.  Everything was wrapped and handled with great  care.  If I ever move again, I will definitely be calling Move Masters to handle the job,

I was referred to Chris & DFW Move Masters by a friend who used them before.   She raved about how good and quick they were.  I called and set up my move for Sunday, Nov 1st.  They have a 2 hr minimum and didn't even take the full 2 hours to move my 1BR apt!  I've moved a lot on the last 20yrs and this was by far the best experience I've had!!  Quick, courteous, and didn't have any issues at all.  I would highly recommend them to anyone and have already!

This is my first time to write a review for any company. However, after my 2 experiences with this company, I feel like I should warn others. Move Masters stood me up on my move day. I had confirmed the 8AM move the evening before with the owner, Chris. I tried to call several times that morning with no answer, and never received a call back. The phone number is the owner's cell phone, and the only number listed for the company. 4 hours later, I had to call around and schedule someone else. Luckily, I was able to find a company last minute.The first time they moved me, they were 2 hours late. They were very apologetic, and very nice. I didn't complain, or hold it against them. I understand things happen, and sometimes you get behind. However, after reading other reviews about them today, it seems to happen pretty often.Sometimes the best price isn't the best way to go. Lesson learned. I'll look at reviews going forward.

I agree with most others - Chris Booth has zero integrity in my experience- my credit card was overcharged and he promised a fictitious refund.  I also paid for 4 movers and three showed up.  I have disputed the charge with my bank because these guys don't return phone calls.  Guess his picture on his postcard with General Patreaus should have been a tip - one shady character shaking hands with another.  DO NOT USE!!!

These guys are liars.  I am a veteran and the fact this thief calls himself one and promotes it is disgusting.  They broke a 300 dollar end table and then took it when they left and told me it would be repaired by a great furniture guy and they would get it back to me.  6 weeks have gone by and they wont answer my calls.  I was going to file a police report and found out that it probably would not help.  Mark and Chris have stolen my furniture and won't answer my calls to get it back.  It says on their mailer that they are BBB listed.  Read carefully, LISTED, not accredited.  They have over 15 unanswered complaints.  The movers also drove through my front lawn with the truck (that I had to jump start twice with my family car).   I had to have the lawn fixed because I was selling the house.  The muddy tire tracks led right up to the right rear tires.  All the movers just denied and kept on moving.  I called the guys in the office and no answer.  I was 2/3 the way done with the move and decided to get it finished and hope for the best.  If there were negative stars on this rating scale then I could give this company the rating it deserves and it would be appropriate.  The people that reviewed this company with anything more than the lowest rating must have the company confused with another mover.
