After I confirmed the 75$ extra charge for my piano with two different persons, John came into my home and told  me that they didn't come prepared to move a piano and couldn't move me that day. Time was of the essence for me. As John was completely rude and demeaning, I chose to call someone else the next day. I would never use this company again.My son recommended Great White Moving who came the next day and they were fast and professional.

Firefighting Finest Moving, was outstanding in every facet of the move, to given us an initial estimate, to setting the appointment for our move, to the confirmation online and over the phone, and then the day of our move.  We called several movers but came back to Firefighting Finest when it was time to confirm which mover to go with.  On price, on quality of service, etc...they beat everyone we called.We couldn't have asked for a more understanding, and careful mover than what we received.  We were very pleased at the thoughtfulness and how careful they were in preparation, loading of our furniture, to when we arrived at our new home and how careful they were not to damage anything.  After remodeling our prior residence, and moving into a new construction property, I don't know about you, but I can be pretty anal when it comes to my contractors and how careful and thorough they are in their work.  And I expected the same out of the moving company we chose and that is exactly what we received.After reviewing our contents of our house and especially after living at our prior residence for the past 18 years, I underestimated how much stuff we had to move, by the time you add up the interior contents, garage, attic, storage shed, etc...I underestimated it, so knowing the size of their truck, I went out over the weekend prior to the movers showing up on a Monday and rented a large U-Haul truck comparable in size to the movers truck and spent all day Sunday, the day prior loading it up to the hilt.  To my relief, though we hadn't planned it with the movers prior, they agreed to help unload my U-Haul in addition to their moving truck.  I already knew it might take a little longer than originally estimated, but the fact that they were helping us unload in a 10th of the time it took me to load the entire truck the day before was a huge weight off my shoulders.They even called in some extra help on the lunch break to help speed things up and cut down on the amount of time required for the overall move.  I can't say enough about the guys and the care they took again in our move.  They had moved my wife years prior from her apartment to our first house, and we knew they were the ones to call again this time around.  If you are in need of a mover, no matter how big or small the job maybe, don't hesitate to contact Firefighting Finest Movers.  You'll be glad you did!  You can even request the same crew each time.  Hope this review helps you in your decision on who to call for all your moving needs.

Well seriously, this is as good as it gets for packing and moving.  If you've ever been completely frustrated and angry with a mover who doesn't show up on time, damages your stuff, under mans your job, charges you "extra fees" at the end of your job ........... CHILL OUT, Firefighting's Finest is gonna take care of you.This is 4th time I've used this company, and I'm running out of superlatives.  Every move has been flawless.  This time I moved a truckload of furniture and household items from a home to a storage locker.   My outstanding experience started the minute I picked up the phone and called them to arrange my move.  I only had a week to get everything ready, and I was expertly guided through my options to pack and move.  Everything is arranged by the hour, but lest you are concerned with that, READ ON!!!  Want to pack your own stuff to save some out of pocket cash?, no problem.  They will just load and move your stuff.Prior to move date, I was contacted several times by email to make sure everything was as I contracted.  On the day of my move, my move leader, Devin, called me to indicate they were leaving their facility and headed to my house.  They arrived 15 minutes EARLY, and by time we had truck positioned and minimal paperwork signed, the crew was ready to go, EXACTLY on time. Since I absolutely had to have everything done by 6 pm that day, I opted to start at 9 am with a crew of 6 total.  Everyone introduced themselves, and boom, they were off.  All the packing materials were included, and all I had to do was point and try to stay up with them.  I had a lot of dishes, glassware, keepsakes, items on 12 foot shelves, yada yada, nothing phases these guys. They are so efficient, it is truly amazing.  By 12:45, everything was packed, perfectly labeled. Doesn't that piss you off when you open boxes on the other end of your move and they are not labeled by contents or location, or worse yet, mislabeled? Not to worry.  Oh, and there is more .... By 12:45, everything was packed, labeled, and loaded into the truck!  We were ready to go.   That included wrapping and padding of my furniture, as well as my "oops I forgot to tell you about that gigantic dining room buffet". No problem, sir.The crew stopped for a quick lunch on the way to my storage locker.  I was called again by Devin when they were 15 minutes away.  At about 1:30, they were there and in position.  By 2:30 they had finished unloading EVERYTHING into a 10x20 locker.  Stacked perfectly, nothing broken or dropped, just perfect.Their insurance is the standard $0.60 per pound, although you can purchase more if you want.  I also understand that effective August 1, they have their own "Self-Storage" facility.  All in my move was under $2,000, in my opinion an amazing value for the quality of service you get.Couple of other neat things.  They will take all your non-perishable pantry items you can't or don't want to move and donate them to charity.  Nice touch.  And they have another charity they support for used coats.I can confidently recommend this company based not only on this move, but on my 3 prior moves, all with different crews, but the same results

Can't say enough about the team that moved is today!  Great service, attentiveness to detail, and communication. Thank you Dillon Bartlett, Brandon Jarvis, Robert Wilkinson and Juan Gonzalez! You guys made our move!  The easiest part of our entire process so far buying this home!

Spent 9+ hours moving us today, Adam and his team were great! They were very courteous, extremely hard working and careful with our stuff.  I highly recommend them!
