Firefighting`s Finest Moving and Storage

I moved from my apartment into a house recently within Fort Worth. I had seen them before moving people in the retirement communities where I work and they always seemed to do a good job, so I hired them for this move. The crew of 2 (Clark and Robert) moved my big bedroom set and the rest of my furniture. They brought the correct tools needed to take apart the couple of pieces I didn't know to separate. They brought all the materials to wrap/cover/pad everything, and they were very careful with my stuff - they didn't bump anything into anything. They were very friendly and professional on the phone and during the move. The price was significantly less than what I paid All My Sons for lousy help with my last move.I can't recommend Firefighting's Finest enough.

These guys don't mess around. They are trustworthy and efficient. They broke my bed down and set it up at the new address. The quote was perfect for the move and there were no surprises. I chose them because of the movers I've seen in the past being the type of people that I wouldn't be very comfortable with my things. I made the right choice, they were upstanding people, stayed true to their word and they did a great job! Couldn't recommend them more!

The movers were on time and called ahead to confirm.  Estimated a 3 hour move all that I had left to move were bigger items I couldn't fit in my car.  Going from a 1 bedroom apartment to another one bedroom this one on the third floor 15 mins away. The two man crew were courteous and professional the entire time.  The reason I rated them two stars is because the move took 4.5 hours an extra 1.5 hours.  Total cost was $620, last year around the same time I moved from downtown Dallas to ftw which was an 1 hr 15 min drive between locations and it was my whole apartment not just bigger items. it was a three man crew but it took about the same amount of time and was only $100 more.  Also all my furniture looked out until I turned a shelf over and saw bad marks on the side.In the future I will just rent a truck and move my self or hire the company I used last year who were a lot quicker and nothing was damaged.

Jerry, Javi and Zach were awesome movers today (20 OCT 2016)!! David, on the sales team, was very helpful as well! All the men were professional and friendly. Whenever I need to move again I will surly book with this company.

I was a bit late in the game scheduling our move- so I was unable to get the day I wanted (completely my fault) but the next morning was available. The 2 man crew called me when they were on the way to let me know and arrived at the start time discussed in the email communications with Robert. We had 2 smaller flat screens that we ended up moving ourselves- but I had discussed the movers bringing a FPTV boxing kit for our 60" plasma. They didn't have one. It would have been an additional charge, but that's fine. I didn't enjoy trying to cram the TV on it's side into my Jeep. Plus when I was opening the lift gate to the Jeep (remotely) one of the movers forced it up by hand which threw the gate off track. Ugh. Our move ended up taking about 6 hours- almost 2 of those being taking apart our fridge and then putting it back together. The fridge has risers to allow you to adjust it so that it sits on the floor evenly. When the movers put it back together one riser was all the way up and the other down so the fridge was off balance. They said they couldn't fit the fridge into the space in the kitchen because the cabinet was built crooked. Come to find out after our own investigation and a dolly so we could tip the thing ourselves, the risers were off. Not my cabinets. I also had to go invest in some Mr. Clean Magic erasers to get the rubber stains off the paint on my stairwell.None of these things are HUGE issues that would deter me from using the company again. The guys were good and didn't break or damage any furniture. The scuffs on the stairs came out with some elbow grease. I do wish we had have had that box for the plasma TV. That was a huge hassle and made me nervous to have the TV laying like that in the car. I would have gladly paid the 45$ discussed to have it safely transported in the moving van!
