It order to even write a review, you have to give a star. Well, that's B.S., and I so wish I had gone to "yelp" reviews before I made the same mistake as many of you have. So, much damage wish I could post pictures, of how ELEMENT pack your goods. Just so you know, open a box, tape the bottom, throw in your belongings, tape it closed, and throw it on the truck. I experienced both Kyle and Cynthia's, it's ALL the customer fault, and that was not damaged by the movers??? I have a shattered full length mirror that they didn't even want to open when it arrived at my house. My Chimenea packed in a box shattered into a thousand pieces, when I opened the box I'm still trying to figure out what to do. My leather couch was wrapped so tight that when I finally unwrapped it the leather is so wrinkled and damaged I don't think it will ever lay out again and by the way that Couch was only two months old. I have at least 20 boxes with oversized large pictures and paintings that I have yet to open, but watch how they were packed I am deadly afraid of what I'm going to find when I open them up!!There is no way even if I took out extra insurance to cover the cost of the damage that ELEMENT  MOVING has caused to my goods. Moreover, who wants to deal with having to make an insurance claim., for a simple move!!!FINALLY!!!!!!To my surprise, Cynthia, (Office manager I guess), showed up a my home, unannounced because they couldn't run cc transactions correctly. My head mover had to give my cc number 6 times to whoever at there office, but after his total  frustration he gave up and just left, because he said the second transaction was declined and wanted another CC?? I told him no, and asked why they run 2 transactions?? Of which I got no answer??!!!And then when Cynthia showed up she blamed me because I told her you can't run back to back transactions, like that, the banks, will block them, although she stated that she's run thousands of dollars back to back, and never had problems!! Well, I told her this was a first for her!! She was more interested in getting paid, then looking at ALL the damaged items they caused to all my furniture. And like what I have read here, she just simply says go online and fill out a claim. A total ripoff of over $4,000.00 for a one month storage and less than a 3 mile move. Their paperwork also states a three hour minimum charge of $165 an hour. Yet, they charged me a 4 hour minimum for only 2 1/4 hours of work! I could go on and on, but just take my FAIR WARNING, do not hire ELEMENT MOVING for your move. I hope like everyone else on here, spread the word to eliminate companies like this that take no pride in others hard earn, expensive items.I should've stuck with MAYFLOWER!!

I'm extremely disappointed in Element. I had been working with this company since September to plan a long distance move from Texas to the East Coast. Their original quote was reasonable, and they were willing to be flexible to make my schedule work. When I was finally ready to put a deposit down on my move, they raised my rate by over $300. I said I was willing to pay the extra amount. Then they said they needed to push my move date back by over 2 weeks! Again, I said I could make that work. Days went by and they did not return my multiple phone calls. Finally, I got a call back and they told me they had made a mistake, and the cost for my move was going to be $1,000 more than their original quote. I'm so glad I didn't put down a deposit!UPDATE: I appreciate the owner of Element reaching out in the comments below to explain why my shipment rate was raised at the last minute. I understand now that weather can affect prices, but that was never explained to me throughout this process - neither was the fact that putting down a deposit would secure my original quote. I stand by my review and encourage anyone using Element to ask for clear and explicit communication about pricing.Luckily, I was able to find Owen Logistics, LLC through uShip - their rate was SUPER reasonable, and they delivered my shipment within 4 days of pick-up! If I could give this company no stars I would. The initial meeting for a quote was a very professional meeting but soon after the signing of their proposed quote their professionalism quickly declined. The pickup of our items was a very disorganized ordeal ; their movers were playing on their phones half the time, one mover was sitting in his truck talking on the phone to a former employee, no sense of urgency at all. The coordinating of the drop off was very disorganized as well. I received phone calls from an unknown person who introduced themselves as a separate company from Elements. After giving them instructions to call my wife they continued to call me. The move in was an even bigger disaster. We received all of our glassware broken, mirrors broken , boxes with books and papers exposed to water damage and mold, dressers with drawers broken. In addition one of my expensive colognes is missing as it was taken by one of the movers. Throughout this entire I have moved 5 times in the last 8 years and used many companies. Elements is at the bottom of the barrel and will do more damage to your items than good. The entire team at Elements is unprofessional and are very good about taking your money. DO NOT USE THIS MOVER.

Luis and Roberto were phenomenal!  They were professional and courteous. They moved us from a 3rd floor apartment in Dallas to a 3 level condo in Fort Worth...all in 3 hours. They took extra care to make sure everything arrived safely, and went above and beyond moving things around the condo. This was my second move with Element, and I've was extremely satisfied both times. I highly recommend they services.

I was actually referred to Element and I'm so happy that my friend did. I basically had to move to another city two hours away and they could not have been more accommodating We actually had to go to two separate places in Dallas as I was buying a ton of furniture from a buddy and that was no issue at all. They were quick, diligent, very friendly, and packed up all of my valuables and large objects (King size bed, frame, mattress, etc. as well as TV's and large cushioned chairs) everything was impressively wrapped and delivered in perfect condition. All of which was completed in correct amount of time and down in one day. On top of all of that - the 3 gentlemen that helped me were incredibly nice, they all seemed to love their jobs (and they told me during a few conversations haha). I've used movers on multiple occasions and I have already told 6+ of my friends to use these guys because I enjoyed the experience so much.
