Around The Block Moving

We have moved a lot and by some of the big ones like Allied and Mayflower but Around the Block is the best and their workers are wonderful!  They almost made moving fun and I never heard them say, it couldn't be done or even complain.  We didn't move a piano but we have some big pieces and Trey, DJ and Freddy moved everything with the same care I think they would take with their own things.  I was very nervous and Trey even kept telling me to breath!    Mike and Brian at the office were also great.  I called several times to make sure they didn't forget me and neither one of them got tired of my unnecessary calls. The entire group is the most polite and hard working team I have ever had the pleasure to work with!

By far- the best moving experience I have ever had!!!Suzette was great getting the appointment setup and then followed up afterwards.  The two guys that actually performed the move (Austin & Daniel) were fun to be around, and very courteous..not to mention fast but very careful.  They even gave me a housewarming gift at the very end of the move- which was awesome and unexpected :-)I most certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a fair price, and outstanding customer service.

Where do I start? These guys were amazing! I called around looking for the the best movers when my husband and I planned our move for the middle of May. Around the Block Moving provided a completive but affordable price and an outstanding BBB rating. Plus, they have been in business for over twenty years. I knew that these were my guys. When I called to set up the move, I worked with Suzette. She was wonderful. When I expressed initial interest, she made sure to follow up. However, my only compliant about Around the Block Moving, was that the week of the move, I had to initiate the verification. When I called on Monday (the move was on Thursday) they assured me that someone would call me on Tuesday. When I hadn't heard from anyone on Tuesday, I called again on Wednesday and made sure that everything was good to go. Jonathon and Brandon were the movers that assisted us the day of the move. We moved from a third floor apartment (sorry guys!) to a first floor apartment. They hustled and did this move in 3.5 hours! But just because they moved quickly does not mean that they were carless with our belongings. Jonathon and Brandon took very good care of our things and made sure that everything arrive in one piece. Nothing was broken and I felt like a valued customer. I would highly recommend Around the Block Moving and Jonathon and Brandon for anyone making any sort of move. They are competitively and affordably priced and truly care about their cliental. Thanks for making our move less stressful!

Great service level, and successful move. Movers arrived on time, and completed the move quickly and efficiently. Customer Service with the main office was also great, received a call during move from Brian to ensure I was satisfied and all was going well. Definitely will recommend this provider to friends and family. Give them a call, base fee of $125/hr, two hour minimum, is totally worth it for the service level!

Scheduled an appointment with Suzette who offered a reasonable quote and explained any surcharges that may apply. As promised, she confirmed the appointment with me the day before and provided an accurate window of time. She also followed up after the appointment to be sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Freddie and Trey showed up exactly on time and were very courteous. They explained the process and got straight to work--which helps since they charge by the hour. They took care of everything and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The pricing was exactly what I expected with no surprises. I was definitely nervous about the move and hiring a company I hadn't heard of, but I'm glad I chose Around the Block.
