This company is the biggest rip off ever.  First they give you a quote they won't stick with and then they leave your stuff outside not loaded where it needs to go if it is not convenient for them to do so.  They bring 4 guys to load everything because they are on a time table, but when they are unloading they bring 1 day worker and the driver doesn't do shit.  The BINDING quote doesn't mean anything.  Don't believe them if they tell you, "just call to add whatever you think you forgot"... it will cost you 10X's that and they won't tell you what it will cost until everything is loaded into the truck and you can't do anything about it.I had an agreement that they would move my property from Texas to California to be placed into a storage facility.  Of course they agreed, but once they got to California they unloaded the truck took off the moving pads and left... leaving all the stuff outside to be loaded into the storage by us.  The storage POD was less than 10 feet from the truck where they unloaded, and yet they unloaded onto the pavement and then left everything there for us to move into the POD.Krista is nice at first, but the minute you call to complain about something she is a bitch who won't do shit to help you.  I spent 5K on a move that could have been better organized and completed by a group of 10 year olds.  This is her response when I told her that only 2 people were there to unload and that they did NOT move the items into the storage as promised... "It doesn't matter how many people are there..." and "you weren't there so you don't know... let me talk to my driver."  I was there long enough to know that they were not doing any work other than sliding my bins down a ramp onto the pavement.  I also was there long enough to realize that only 1 of the guys was actually working. The employees including Tekla do not know what they are promising and what they can and cannot deliver.  Though she tries to be accommodating, once they have your deposit and your stuff you will NOT get ANY HELP.Not only is Krista obnoxious on the phone when dealing with issues she is condescending in tone and doesn't realize that she is in the CUSTOMER SERVICE business.  If you use this business be prepared for pleasant and nice in the beginning and a two faced snatch when there are problems. It is one thing to have misjudged and been off on a quote.  It is also one thing to not deliver what was promised in a manner that a customer would be satisfied with... but it is NOT acceptable to speak to someone who just wrote you a $5K check like they were some moron who fell off the turnip truck.  I know for a fact that I wasted my money and time dealing with this company and should have believed the other comments of other customers.  In researching after the fact this company has multiple complaints to the Better Business Bureau and has had its BBB rating revoked!I have had a more pleasant experience moving my own stuff with a uhaul and a group of friends.  Never will I use this company nor recommend it to my WORST ENEMY!  Krista is a liar and outright nasty lady and the driver Isreal or something... is a lazy SOB who lets the other guy do all the work.  All You Can Move should change their name to ALL YOU CAN SCAM!!!

Allyoucanmove has been the worst company I have ever dealt with in terms of customer service. When they came to pick my stuff up, only after they had loaded the truck was their final estimate given to me of over $400 more than originally quoted. I then opted for my items to be weighed. I was assured I would receive a phone call that day from the driver who picked up my items; no such call came. Only after calling for 3 days did I finally receive such a phone call informing me the price which was less than I had been quoted at before. While on the phone I was told my items would not be arriving until a full week after I expected because I misunderstood the paperwork when it was presented to me. When asked for earliest date of delivery, that meant the earliest day that the company would being to ship, not the first day I could receive items. I was then told my items would be arriving the week of June 28th. I received a phone call on Saturday June 26th at 5pm telling me my items would be arriving on Sunday at 2pm, less than 24hrs from the estimated delivery time. Needless to say I was not able to meet my shipment at the storage facility on such short notice, let alone a weekend, so I was charged a 200 delivery fee and told my items would be delivered after the 4th of July. I spent the next week and a half calling Allyoucanmove asking for a more precise date so I could adjust my work schedule to meet the shipment. They never returned phone calls and told me just to be patient and that they had no control over the situation. After a heated conversation with Krista from the company on Wednesday 7/1, she informed me my items would be delivered after the 4th of July, not to call anymore and that she would be in touch. I then received a phone call on Friday July 2nd at 12:00pm saying my items would be delivered Saturday July 3rd at 11am. I called Krista and she apologized and said she would handle the mistake, considering she had been rude with me one two days prior and to be patient. I then received word on Saturday my items would arrive Wednesday July 7th. I met the delivery truck Wednesday at the storage facility and they kindly followed me to another facility since the one I previously indicated was not suitable for my needs. When there I was told I had to pay using money order, even though I was told upon pickup I could pay using credit card. I left and got a money order at the bank down the street to pay my shipment in full. Before even seeing the shipment I was made to turn in my payment and sign the final contract. After doing so I requested to see my items. Upon inspection, I was missing 16 of the 40 items as indicated on my inventory sheet! Also, the mattress delivered to me was a full size Ikea mattress, not the queen size Sealy Mattress and box spring I had shipped over 3 weeks ago at that point. The moving company had tried to leave me without a significant portion of items and pass off cheaper ones that were not mine at the same time! I then asked to see my contract again and scratched out my name saying I had received all items so as the company would not say I had authorize that all items were present. In total I am missing a Sealy Queen size bed with box spring, a 6'x4'white board, 2 shelving units (one plastic, one metal) and 11 boxes of clothing and personal belonging ranging from full designer suits to t-shirts I have collected from childhood WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT USE THEM!!

Don't ever use this company, I mean ever!!  They are nothing but a huge fraudulent lie.  They quote you with a low ball price and then once they load your stuff, the price increases exponentially and they screw you.  If that's not enough, when they come to drop your stuff, don't expect it to be at your house and assembled like they tell you up front.  Expect it to be dropped off six blocks away in someone's ditch by an angry russian because he refuses to drive his eighteen wheeler into a neighborhood.  Isn't that where everyone normally lives...sorry I don't live in a strip center with trailer dock access in the back.  So, plan on shuttling your own stuff from a ditch six blocks away with your own vehicle.  It's called "All you can move" because you have to move all your own sh**.  Also, they subcontract out the moving via eighteen wheeler, so the drivers could care less about what's been told to you by "All you can move or your stuff.  Avoid this company at all costs and please spread the bad word about them.  Ignore the positive reviews about this company on the internet, that's what screwed us...they're all fake, they pay people to write positive reviews.

First of all English is my second language so excuse me for any grammatical errors. I wish I read your comments Matthew but I found this company as a referral from one my friends who really take evaluating companys seriously. So I trusted her. I talked to Tekla. She was very nice and very helpful. We were moving from New Jersey to Miami. Over the phone she asked what the items were and I told her the best I can in 5-10 minutes. She gave me an estimate for about $3000.00 which was OK. I asked her what happens if we have more items. She said the estimate will cover the differences and the big thing was that she stated multiple times IF I WANTED TO WEIGH THE TRUCK, THE TRUCK WILL BE WEIGHED.They will not weigh the truck. Price was was reasonable. I really didnt shop for any other company because 3000 was reasonable price. In March 2012 we rented a 40ft trailer to move our warehouse from NJ to Miami and we paid about $2100. Then we had Hurricane Sandy. We had to move the date multiple times and Tekla was always there for us. Truck arrived. The first thing they did was come in to our house and start itemizing every single item that we had. The driver showed me what the initial weight of the truck was and they will weigh the truck after loading is complete and he told me we will be charged some cent per lbs. These were never mentioned to me. Tekla made me so comfortable that I was even moving all my weight lifting equipment such as Squad rack, Olympic Bar and barbells. There was no indication that it was going to be so detailed.Anyways, on the way to Miami I received a phone call from the moving company that had nothing to do with all you can move, the lady told me that the move is going to cost $6700.00 and if we dont pay the money they will not deliver the items to our home in Miami. In addition there will be $800.00 fee if the trailer can not enter the building. I immediately called tekla who has been there all the time to help and she said she can not help and she is sorry. I talked to the manager at all you can move and the manager said I should talk to the lady at the moving company (Barbie) who has been the dispatcher all along the way.  I recommended that we should listen all the phone conversation that we had with Tekla and she said they dont record phone conversations. I was (am) extremely dissapointed. If I had known that it was going to be so detailed I would have shipped all the boxes in pallets not using all you can move. I got Mr. Isaacs email address too. Stay away. All you can move is not a moving company they are just using Internet and the web to find people and trick them to get their money. Yelp is the first place that I looked and I found matthew's review.I will do more. I will post this review everywhere. I did call tekla and told her that I was going to write this review. I am sorry for all those people who work for Isaac. Barbaros Ozdogan

First of all, if anyone has used this moving company and has four boxes that are NOT theirs, let me know, they are probably mine, and maybe I have one of yours! Our Complaint:We agreed to use All You Can Move last summer.  We requested and paid for packing, moving, and storing of our belongings.  We were told that the packers would have all the materials (included in the price) and that our belongs be placed on pattets, shrink wrapped and stored in a secure, climate controlled warehouse.  The movers were 4 hours late and did not have proper packing materials.  They "packed" our clothes in dirty packing blankets, packed our kitchen items in unpadded boxes, and put our pictures loose on the truck.  We had to allow them to move because we had made no other arrangements for storage services and no time to regroup. The only paperwork we got from them was an email with our initial order that said they had to cancel it and reschedule (it was the rescheduled date that they were four hours late for arrival). Several months later, we discovered that some important items had been taken by the movers against our instructions.  We went to the All You Can Move warehouse in the NE part of Houston.  We discovered our goods were piled in a hot, dirty unsecured warehouse alongside other peoples items.  Upon discovering this, I made arrangements (at great cost to me) to move these items to a private, secure storage facility in Katy (not affiliated with the moving company).  We even had to tolerate a group of movers who mis-handled our goods and then wanted to follow me to my bank so I tip them for their poor service. Again, we were never given any paperwork (no bill of lading). Once we finally moved our items out of storage this past month we discovered that we have someone else's box of items and four of our boxes are missing.  These boxes held many of our family albums and keepsakes.  We complained to the corporate office three times and were ignored, we asked the company to allow us access to their facility to look for our items - and had our request denied, and we finally asked for a copy of our bill of lading so we can file a claim - it has been 10 days and four phone calls from us - and still no bill of lading.Their response: Our final email to them was to ask for the address for their new storage facility in Houston so that we can deliver the box we were given which does not belong to us so that the person who does own it might not have to endure the horrible feelings we were going through over the loss of precious personal items.  The moving company did tell us that in January they moved into a new warehouse because the conditions were so bad in the one we had originally had our items stored in (and visited).  They refused to give us the address and refused to let us visit this new location to look for our boxes, so we were hoping if we could deliver the box that did not belong to us they would at least let us look for our missing boxes while we were there.  Yet they are not responding...and we still have a box that belongs to someone else with no way of returning it.How the complaint could be resolved:We would like to 1) be able to return this unknown box and also 2) look for our 4 missing boxes in the current Houston warehouse.  We would also like 3) a copy of our bill of lading so in case we do not locate the boxes, we will be able to file a claim.  Since we had to move our items from their storage facility to our own in Oct. 2010 but did not move into our house until June 2011, we were not able to look through all of the boxes to determine the full situation until June 2011.  When the movers placed the boxes into our storage unit they did so in a way that we could only look at the front boxes without danger of heavy furniture falling on top of our heads, so although we tried to look at the boxes we could not do so until June 2011. For this reason, if we have to file a claim, 4) we would like the "90 day" period for filing a claim waived. Under normal circumstances, if our items had been stored properly, we would have had them stored at the All You Can Move Houston warehouse until June 2011.
