All You Can Move

Lies lies Name Changed to "All You Don't Move" I chose this company based on reviews and cost but I did not know that their sales team told so many lies.I chose to move between 8 and 11am on a Saturday. I received a call around 10 stating that there was an issue with the truck (1st lie) and that they would call me back in 5 minutes (2nd lie) and let me know if that crew could make it or it they needed to send a new crew between 11 and 1. I did not receive a call nor did a new crew show up. I called and left a message at 1 and called again at 2 and left another message. I received a call back stating that I sent an email to the driver (3rd lie) stating that I wanted to cancel my move. WT...??? I told the sales guy to forward me that email, well of course he could not b/c I never sent an email, so then he told me that when the driver called I told them to cancel the move. (4th lie) He told me that he would send the next crew within the hour which would be around 4pm. I received a call from the driver stating that they were 30 minutes away (5th lie). I waited an hour and then received a call from the sales guy telling me that they would need to cancel because the driver had a family emergency (6th lie). He said for the inconvenience that they would add a 3rd person to the crew (7th lie). They showed up the next morning with only 2 guys. Oscar was the foreman and he was great, but the guy that was with him used my bathroom in my new house, not a problem, but he did not ask (problem 1) and he did not wash his hands (problem 2). So not you are moving my items with nasty hands. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I called and spoke to what they told me was the Manager and he was not concerned at all with the hassle that they put me through.WARNING: Do no use this company as I have learned a lesson in that you get what you pay for. BTW the truck is an old (2 Men and a Truck) truck, next time I will pay the higher rate to get better service!!

DO NOT HIRE...... TERRIBLE SERVICE AND THEY CHARGE TWICE THAN THE QUOTE. CAUTION!!!!!Sample of an email I sent to them Philip/ Javier,It's been many years since I've had such a terrible service with something. I still don't have my furniture and I'm paying double the price from the estimated!!!!!!Philip, you NEVER told me that there was a 14 day window for delivery (that's what State to state is telling me now!!!). And you NEVER answer my emails! This is unacceptable!!! I'm asking my dad (lawyer) what I can do here. As you can see on the email string below, I confirmed my delivery date on Jan 2nd! And it's Jan 10th and I still don't have an ETA!!!! I really expect an answer and I'm not willing to pay for the "service" that's giving me NO customer service and is charging me twice the price. Javier, I spoke with another person on your team as I can't reach Philip, and they gave me your contact. Hopefully you can sort something out, otherwise, I will make sure I put this review in every single website and will check legally if I can do something about this as well. They charged me over $1000 for a move from Dallas Texas to Portland Oregon. When they picked it up the movers tried to tell me my stuff weighed much more than it really did... (I weighed the boxes.)  I still don't think they took 2000lbs of stuff in the ~20 small boxes, washer / dryer and coffee table which were the only things they would take without charging me another $1000.When the truck with my stuff arrived today they made me move it up a hill myself or incur an additional fee of ONLY $50 (since I had just a little bit of stuff... must have shrunk since they picked it up when they said it was more than 2000lbs but they'd take it anyway if I'd leave all my other stuff behind) for a "long carry" since the driver was not skilled enough to drive his truck up a slight incline to my new house.   They also severely damaged my coffee table and washer (cosmetically; they crushed the outer metal.) They do both still function. Surprised that the dryer came out alive since they had it stored in the truck upside down on top of the washer... wtf? That's also probably why my coffee table got the legs broken off because somehow they shoved it on top of the dryer!  Only a few dishes were broken and they were packed really well.  I don't think they even read the big "Fragile - Glass" that I wrote on each box of fragile items.  The only reason more items weren't broken was because of my expert packing.  I haven't unpacked everything yet so there may be much more that was broken or even lost.  I hope not!  I'll update this later when I find out.I did not pick these movers but they were picked for me by the company I actually talked to "Oasis Moving" which turned out to be a broker and not the actual company moving my stuff.   I didn't find this out until the day they came to pick up my stuff and they whipped out the paperwork.

We choose All You Can Move (hereby referred to as All You Can Lose) based on price and what we thought were good customer service reviews. If you read one thing read this. They advertise on their website that they have an A Rating with the Better Business Bureau. This is is a fraudulent claim.as of July 17th All You Can Move (aka Dallas Movers) lost their accreditation due to complaints. Visit this link: bbb.org/dallas/business-… Price - All you can move provided us a quote of services for $1450 however when the movers arrived the quote increased by $600. They would not allow me to go to the scale house and charged me based on volume not weight which was specifically what they advertise that they do not do. Service - They lost a box which was never found. It contained about $3K worth of items and we will recover a maximum of .60 per lb per article. They also broke several pieces of furniture, dishes etc. These things happen but All You Can Move was extremely negligent. They hired a subcontractor to bring our things and packed our items next to people with the same tag color (that's why the box was missing). Don't trust this Company. I had the same experience as everyone else in July!

Terrible experience. They have an "F" rating on Better Business Bureau. We asked about their rating and they said they have no rating. We made a mistake and fell for the "fake reviews" online about this company. DO NOT use this company and stay away from employees like Javier and Krista. They sell you the job and then disappear and don't care about you or your family and its belongings. Absolutely a nightmare of a company.
