Dishonest and Extremely Unprofessiional* They have no moving trucks that I can tell - each outsource has their own rental truck.* Everything is outsourced.* The outsources are unkempt and very unprofessional. - Each has their own terms and conditions and try and get extra out of you.* Lied numerous times about delivery dates and terms of the contract. * Awful customer service.* Quote ended up being almost 25% more than was stated.* Will not call back, almost impossible to talk to the same person twice. So in summation, it took 17 days and numerous calls to get less than 2000 lbs of boxes and furniture. Awful customer service, unprofessional movers, dishonest shady behavior and just lies upon lies, one of the worst experiences of my entire life.

If I could give negative stars, I would not hesitate in a millisecond. I have moved 5 times in the last 7 years and this was by far the WORST move I have ever experienced.  They did not show up on time, lied about why they were late (said they had a flat tire but in the end, they just didn't have a truck), did not deliver on the date as agreed on the contract and charged a boat load of extra fees. AVOID them at all costs!!!

Wow....is all I can say about the experience I've had with this company.  First off, I actually contacted "Houston 1 Movers" as my moving company.  I did my homework on them and didn't find any bad reviews, so I went with them.  When the movers showed up at my house to load my stuff. it was "All you can move".  I didn't think anything of it at the time and still don't get the connection with the two, but whatever...They loaded my stuff and I had packed everything very well, labeling boxes "fragile", "very fragile", "books", etc.  They picked it up in a box type truck and told me it would be in Atlanta in about a week.  10 days later my stuff showed up in Atlanta...in a semi-truck!  When the movers came to my apartment they told me it would be $500-$600 additional dollars because they couldn't get the semi-truck close enough to my door!!  Hello...it's a semi-truck!!  I don't know of many apartments you can get a semi-truck into and it seemed like a scam to get extra money on the delivery end.  I fought with them about that, talked to the apartment complex and they opened a back gate which meant the semi could get a little closer and they dropped the fee down to $200.  Still scammy, but I needed my stuff. When they opened the truck, at first sight all I could see was crushed boxes!  I knew right away that this wouldn't be good.  "Fragile" boxes where on the bottom, "books" boxes where on top!  As they started unloading my stuff, things were crushed and broken, right and left!  In the end I've lost: 2 bookcases that were crushed, 10 picture frames, 2 large pieces of art, 2 vases, a resin sculpture, mixing bowls, books that were damaged due to the boxes being crushed, etc.  On top of that all, they quoted me $1000 for the move in the beginning.  By the time my stuff has been delivered, with all the extra fees they have tacked on, I ended up paying $1800!!  I am heartbroken and upset, by this whole thing.  I am currently trying to file a claim, but the lady at the office, will not send me the claim form, even though she has told me she would!!  Surprise, surprise!! Moving is always a stressful experience, but it should never be this bad!!

I received a message from "Issac C." who identified himself as the owner of All You Can Move. He tried to bribe me into taking down my bad review. What the hell?Bad reviews are just part of owning a company. The best you can do is accept it, do BETTER, and ask REAL clients to write REAL reviews. In his message he said "I dont understand why do you have implied that  we have fake reviews we ask our customer every day do write a review on yelp and on athere sites" (sic)When I received the message, the name on the account was "Samenta L." and had 3 reviews, including a 5 star review for All You Can Move. Now, the same link takes me to the same user, but the account name has been changed to "Issac C." The other two reviews are still there, but the review for AYCM has been deleted.Obviously, the company DOES have fake reviews and fake accounts.Issac had this to say of the company: "All of the complaints came from a new branch that I opened in Houston, Texas. I fired all the employees that were working in Houston, Texas.  I have hired a new a team and management, which has caused the number of complaints to stop."Maybe he's being honest and the company has gotten better, but I sure as hell don't care to find out first hand. Especially after this latest interaction. All You Can Move, Issac, Samenta, whoever, DO NOT contact me again.
