I am so mad  I did not read reviews prior to picking this company.  This is not my first rodeo, I've relocated several times but this was by far my worst experience ever! I had 3 movers, only one knew what they were doing.  The other two were pretty much worthless.  I paid almost 2k for a one bedroom apartment move.  I packed prior to pick up and moved the little items myself.  All they had to do was move the furniture and about a dozen boxes.  Took them all day.  Damaged items and slow as hell.  The supervisor was the worse of them all.  Kept going out to smoke.  Had the nerve to light his E cigarette in MY NEW APARTMENT! Almost lost my mind.   I gave a one because the one guy who worked so hard all alone.  You don't always get what you pay for ...2K for a disastrous move.

Estimator came to our house and was not even close on total weight,  showed a picture in brochure of a semi truck to fit all our belongings in one load (this store didn't even own a semi from what I learned from driver), then showed up in box truck not big enough to carry our contents. Drivers confidently said they could fit it all in one truck but I knew from moving previously there was no way it was fitting in the size of truck that showed up--32 ft. They wouldn't bring out another truck until the first was full, then said we would have to pay extra for another truck or rent a U-haul on our own. How in thee heck is the wrong sized truck my problem?? Around 3:30 another truck showed up at my residence without my authorization or consent and said it as going to be another $1580!! I sent the driver and truck back and requested several conversations with GM Alonso and salesperson Cavell Barrett, but only Cavell called back late in the day after I sent the extra truck back as I wasn't about to pay another fee. NOT ONCE did I hear from the GM Alonso that day and no solution from Cavell was offered. Instead, another truck showed up and the driver of the first truck told me they must have "taken care of" the second truck. I thought to myself, ok, this is good, someone took control and did the right thing. Meanwhile, my wife, 3 children, dog and cat waited until the second truck was finally loaded (could have be done 5 hours earlier if they fixed issue on time), hungry and tired, until 10:30 that night. We were told they would meet us at our destination tomorrow and I was too tried to try and chase down the GM or salesperson to discuss what happened. The trucks showed up the next morning at our new residence and as it was being unloaded the lead foreman Chris needed to settle the account before all items were unloaded. We paid a $500 deposit and $2000 upon loading on a $5700 estimate, so a balance of $3200 should have been due. When he shared we owed another $1200 you can imagine our shock. Not only with the extra balance due, but NO communication from anyone about the extra charges! I demanded to talk to the GM Alonso who miraculously answered his drivers call but not my call that I placed a second before. He tried to explain that it was the difference in weight that I was being charged for. The estimate was 9,700 lbs, but total weight was 11,000 lbs. My contents of my house did not change, matter of fact it decreased as I took a load with my son in a trailer and truck I borrowed from a friend 2 days earlier. So ultimately, the estimator underestimated our house to win a bid, promised a truck that would fit it all, then had NO communication regarding any of these issues, all while being charged over a thousand dollars more. On top of these issues, I have a claim to file as the second trucks driver and loader did not pack our belongings secure into the second truck as they were angry and voiced their displeasure of having three loads to take that day and a office chair, grill and bed post were broken. I'm quite sure this review will be buried but I will try to post everywhere I can to ensure others don't have the same experience we did! Driver Chris and his crew deserve better leadership than this as they were the best part about working with All my sons. Being a employee owned company, I would be embarrassed about the customer service we received and the solution they offered. 1 star maybe, totally dissatisfied with management and sales. Steer clear of this company if you want to have a smooth move, you DON'T even get what you pay for!

Omg please do not think their pick up line of a rate for $139 an hourly rate is fair. And for some reason they keep insisting they are a better moving company with professionals better than any body else. Talk about being stuck up and penny pinching your wallet. Other professional moving company offers deals and discount. This one... " oh we are a employe company that welcomes your walle.... oh I mean to the family."

So is this your idea of a good move first you under qoute about three times the actual amount that you charged us the quote was 366 you charged $900 and along the way your guy gets hurt twist his ankle and he can no longer work efficiently so I get to help move my own stuff that I hired you guys for which is amazing  as you can see by the picture I moved all that stuff by myself just to help make sure you didn't charge us anymore I still got to move all that stuff and more with my fiance. I had to help the other guy move a washer, a dresser,  a mattress,  and a bunch of boxes upstairs sounds like you all are an awesome company can't even do what's right you offer a 5% discount to my fiance after overcharging her and then you graciously take off 15 minutes and said it'll be somewhat of a discount. I paid you $900 and I had to help you move. Such an awesome company I highly recommend you..... not

They sent 2 guys and a girl to move my roommate and I. Really slowest movers I've seen my whole life . When I tried to help they said don't help us ... really move my own stuff ? I guess they pay there staff poorly hourly because it took them forever like seriously forever.....better off calling friends getting a pick up and buying them beer to move me or picking up people on the side of the street who actually want to work and care ... the also shattered my glass tv stand ..?  Didn't pay a dime ... once we where done .... they had the nerve to tell us we Owed 2 more hour really ? Ton off crap . They called there boss on there phone this guy was a real charmer ... lack of customer service 1- 10 Rate is -10 . Moving in the uptown area . You guys fxxxing suck man.
