If I could give zero stars I would, I wouldn't use this company ever again! Very disappointed with their customer service. How can a company ask for your credit card act great on that first phone call and then totally drop the ball. I get it we were an "afternoon" appointment but when no one calls you all day long to let you know the status of your move and you finally get a hold of someone at 4:45 and they tell you it will be another couple of hours!! How is 6:45 an afternoon appointment?? Then at 7:30 they tell us that they are going to reschedule us because their movers can't work anymore today. So you have people with an afternoon appointment that may never even get service! How can you just keep lying to your customers and give them the run around all day long and take their $250 deposit which is absolutely absurd! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY! Poor customer service!

1 star because 0 doesn't exist. They have dishonest pricing, charged for packing supplies they never used, charged for a 3 man crew wen only 2 worked, ate lunch and got gas on the clock, didn't wrap any furniture, destroyed every piece of furniture they were supposed to handle with care. Then to top it off, they wouldn't unload the truck until you signed off so you couldn't inspect it before they unloaded the truck! Then when you try to file a complaint they ignore you until you ask to speak to the manager! What should of been a 4 hour move turned into 9!

Never use this company.  I wish I had looked at these reviews before calling them. I had, what I thought, would be a fairly simple move.  I needed a few things moved around the house, a couple things moved to a family I was donating furniture to, and a few things driven to the dump.  Also, I would need them around 3PM because the other person we donated furniture to wouldn't be home until 4PM.  I called and asked upfront if they could do these things.  The lady assured me this is what they do and they could do all of it (including taking stuff to a dump) and it would be no problem.  I thought this was great no worries and I'll seem them on Monday.  Monday rolls around they call at noon. I explain situation and they seemed put-out, but I explained that I thought this was worked out when I called.  Also, they don't go to the dump, they never do something like that--no one ever told me this would be okay to do.  So, I have to scramble to figure out how to get some furniture to the dump or donate to a charity.  Long story short--the move too twice as long as I figured it should (but whatever) and they charged me $509 for 2.75hrs of work.  They are very circumspect on all the OTHER things they will charge for (i.e., 1 hr extra of drive time, fuel costs, packing materials--which I didn't need, etc).  In short, they are a company that promises much upfront, but delivers little when it comes down to the actual move and then they charge you an arm and a leg.  Again, avoid this company at all costs.

This was a wrecking crew, not a moving company.  They did extensive damage to my refrigerator, leather couch, armoire, wall and floor. When I put in a claim, they offered $710.00, which barely covered one of the 5 repairs.  I could go through a complicated arbitration process to get more money, but I would have to leave everything broken till we were finished (90 days).  Buyer beware!  They quote you really low prices on the phone;  my move was supposes to cost $600.00 and cost $1000.00.  They moving crew was unprofessional, and then when they broke everything they passed me to claims department, and did not take responsibility for what they did.  This company is dreadful--run in the other direction

This is the most unprofessional moving service that I have ever encountered in my life time of moving. (No stars is not even an option)My family and I recently purchased our first home and arranged an appointment to be moved almost three weeks prior to our move. I receive a phone call the day of my move at 8:10am saying that the driver and other workers that were assigned to my move called out. I asked if that meant that they would not be moving me that day and it was confined that they would not be moving our things. I began to ask additional questions such as: Are there other moves scheduled for today, if so would you be moving them? Are we placed as priority since we were the first job of the day? and many more. I was told there was nothing they could do and they would have to take the other jobs they had that morning and they would be able to confirm a time on Monday to move our things. This was ridiculous and unrealistic to move my entire house the day before the holiday and then tell me that you were not willing to do anything to assist me. I would never EVER recommend this company to anyone on the planet for their lack of concern nor professionalism. Please do not ever use this service you will be wasting your time. OHHH yea, and the I happen to call around to other companies and they too agreed saying "This is a terrible moving service, please be thankful they didn't move you. It was a blessing in disguise that they were not able to relocate your items." So as a word of caution walk far far away from this company and do not fall for the lies of "welcome to the family."
