Established in 1995. We have been moving families for over four generations now. Our founder's grandfather began helping neighbors with their weekend moves with his personal ice truck. The worst customer experience I have ever had with a service in my life. Here's a rundown of how this company did with my move over the weekend.-After detailing my apartment, the initial employee told me to expect my third floor, 1-bedroom apartment move to cost anywhere around $500, give or take some with the fees for packing and gas. I tell him I have no flexibility, because Saturday is my last day out and me and my fiance both work 8-to-5 office jobs during the week. The move has to be done before my apartment office closes at five so I can return the keys.-Saturday arrives, the first crew shows up to my apartment around 11 am. After walking through my apartment and looking it over, they go downstairs. A few minutes later, one of the employees (Alfie or Al, not sure) said that he apologizes but he actually came to the wrong place and the actual crew assigned to my move will be coming to my apartment shortly. That's a little annoying, but no worries, things happen.-About 10-15 minutes later, Rob calls me from the All My Sons office. I ask him what's up and he then informs me that his mover called him to tell him that my apartment was UNSANITARY and that they'd be unable to make my move due to the conditions of my apartment. My apartment was a bit messy, yes (I'm moving after all) but there was nothing unsanitary or gross about it. He said his guy told him there was dog crap everywhere and it was disgusting. A flat-out lie as my dog has never gone to the bathroom inside our apartment EVER. He said the reason Alfie didn't tell me this was because he was trying to be polite. I call that lying to get out of a move. I tell this to Rob and he said he'll try to find another crew.-Rob tells my fiance to get me to take pictures of my apartment to prove that it is not disgusting. Guess the customer isn't always right? After seeing the pics, Rob admits the apartment looks like a normal apartment. He will send a crew ASAP.-New crew arrives at about 2:15 pm, so we are currently 3 1/2 hours behind. They admitted to me that Alfie probably lied about the state of my apartment to get out of a third floor move. They dropped two things down the stairs, one an old dresser that suffered damage. The two movers get my one-bedroom apartment move done in about five and a half hours, so about 7:30. I've had to call my apartment complex and tell them I can't have the keys till tomorrow, which means I got charged an extra day. At the end of this entire ordeal, I am charged $894, basically one months rent to move a 1-bedroom apartment that took all day thanks to the incompetence of the first crew that lied to my face about the state of my apartment.-After the move, I call Rob to tell him my dissatisfaction about their service. He challenges me about what his mover said about my apartment ("I've got my guy saying one thing, and you saying another so it's he said, she said") I point out this is false: I not only provided pictures of my apartment, but his second crew moved me out just fine. That proves that his first crew member lied. He also lied directly to my face when he first told me he had to leave because he was at the wrong apartment and another crew was coming shortly. Rob admitted I was correct after bringing this up. I asked him how this service was worth $894 and how could I possibly recommend his company to anyone else. He agreed and then I asked what he could do to make it right. He said they can take my claim on the damaged dresser and he gave a talking to the first crew member that lied to me. I tell him that doesn't wipe away the disservice of the first crew lying to me and wasting my day/money. After a back and forth and my fiance getting heated on the phone and saying we will get a lawyer and now is his chance to make it right to prevent that, he says there will be no sort of financial compensation and hangs up on us.They did absolutely zero, the bare minimum, to make this right and make me a repeat customer. Terrible company, terrible service. I will shout from the rooftops to anyone I know to never use them. The worst company I have ever worked or been with.

Movers be very aware.  This company will charge you by the hour, and they will milk the clock take as long as they can.  I had a 3-4 hr move for a one bed apt, and they turned it into a 9hr move!  They destroyed my furniture and be aware that they do not have insurance to replace your property if they damage it.  They will only repay you at $0.60 per pound, which is a joke.  They destroyed over $15,000 of furniture and offered me $1,100 to reimburse me for it???!!!I would never recommend this company for anyone...stay away!!

We moved from Lewisville to Corinth, a 12 minute drive. We verified our new address with the movers as we were leaving and they left, called us over an hour later and they were in Krum, over a hour from us, at the same STREET address in a different city. When we finally got our furniture delivered, they charged us for all the time they were driving (over 2 hours) because they said it was our fault for signing the paperwork with only the street address noted on it and not the city. There was not a space on the form for the city and we had stated the city over the phone and in person.

I moved on August 26 and the move was scheduled for 730 am. 3 movers arrived and did not finish moving a 1 bedroom apt for 6 hrs. It was a 3rd floor move but 6 hrs. Now that I am getting settled I'm noticing several broken items and chipped furniture. The move was over priced and poor service. I would rather rent a truck and move my self in the future. Im so pissed now that I can truly eval the damage. They suck ass !!!!!!!!!!!

I really wanted all of the online reviews to be wrong, but unfortunately my 1 bedroom move that was 1 mile away ended up costing me almost $800 with all of the add-on costs ($80 for materials, $80 for fuel, a 1 hour trip fee of $139, plus taxes). Never have I paid this much and I've moved 4 times since living in dallas over the last 7 years (usually moves would run around $400). The movers were not in any hurry, but I will give them a thumbs up for not breaking anything- that was their only saving grace. Will not use or recommend this company ever again.
