I hired this company to move to a house in Manayunk and I could not have asked for anything better. They were on time in the morning, very professional, and hard workers. John, Seneca, and Steve all did a great job.

Great Service from beginning to end. I usually don't take time to leave reviews but I can't help but give credit where credit is due!My husband and I scheduled a long distance move from the Philadelphia area to the Washington, DC area. We had a full 4 bedroom home to move. I spoke to Kerry, she scheduled my service, gave me a quote over the phone, and followed-up with me several times before our move to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. She offered excellent customer service.Its important to note that I got 15-20 estimates from local and national moving companies.  It took me a while to find the right price with the right quality service (I'm very particular about service providers).  Countrywide had the BEST PRICE  considering the service provided.  I did receive some lower estimates but they wanted to charge me by the hour. Countrywide gave me a FLAT RATE. So I had peace of mind that I would not be scammed or surprised with additional charges on moving day.I moved in June. The 3 movers ( Will, Tyree, and Kurt) showed up on time and got right to work. It began raining REALLY bad (for at least 6 hours) and these guys continued working to load up the truck in the rain.  They never complained and were always pleasant.  All three of them went above and beyond to make sure that our belongings were safe. Our belongings ended up filling up the truck. Because of their experience Kurt, Will, and Tyree were very strategic about how they loaded up the truck, so all of our items could fit in one trip.  They also helped to pack up a few items that needed packing, including our 2 big screen televisions...The next day Tyree, Will and Kurt showed up to our new home about 126 miles from our previous residence.  They unloaded the truck quickly, re-assembled all of our beds, took directions very well about where to place our items and did not mind when we asked them to move items a second time. All of our items arrived in the condition that we expected and we could not be happier with Countrywide.  We would use them again without hesitation.The experience, value, and professionalism of these movers made this process as painless as possible.  My husband and I actually gave all the guys a nice tip. Thank you Kerry, Tyree, Will and Kurt. Keep up the good work!

A lot of movers get bad reviews on yelp, so I wanted to sign up and offer my experience using Countrywide. Kerry set my move up and was very prompt and responsive throughout the process. The movers actually arrived early on my moving date, and took less time than what was budgeted to complete the move! I would definitely use these guys again.

There is no reason to not use this moving company.  I have moved many times in the past few years, and I'm sorry I did not know about these guys sooner.  (Not to mention the fact that they offered the best price for what I needed.)First of all, customer service leading up to the job was incredible.  Kerry responds to inquiries and phone calls very quickly.  She also worked with me and was very patient in answering questions and making sure that we were on the same page.The day of the move could not have gone better.  Eric and Steve showed up exactly when they said they would, and they were extremely professional and friendly throughout the day, especially considering the difficulty of the move.  We arrived  to move me into my 6th floor apartment in a New York City apartment building, and discovered that not only was there only one slow, small elevator; there were three other moves going on at the same time.  While the other movers in the apartment were wasting their clients' time waiting for the elevator, Eric and Steve took numerous trips up and down the six flights of stairs until the elevator opened up.  These guys hustled to get all of my items (including some quite hefty furniture) into the apartment, and even put my bed together for me.  I was stunned by their hard work and professionalism- Countrywide clearly hires only the best.Thank you!  Anyone looking to move shouldn't look farther than Countrywide Movers.

I want to complement Kerry Holmes for her great customer service and answering all of my hundred questions.  She has a very delightful and friendly  tone in her voice, nice, polite, personal and professional.I moved on July 25, 2013.  The movers were there at 8am on the dot.  Kerry told me they would be there between 8am & 9am.  I've lived in four states and moved more times than I want to even think about.  I've been living in Philadelphia, this December will be 29 years.  This is my seventh move since I've live here.  Countrywide and Wheaton are the top movers in my book.  When I moved from Atlanta to Philadelphia, I used Wheaton.  Never seen nothing like these guys that moved me and protected my furniture and items.There names are: Phil, Tyree, Jeremiah, Jack  and Freddy.  On Sat, July 27, 2013, Mike the super of the bldg, who met the guys and let them in to move me in, asked me the name of the moving company.  He said he never seen nothing like it.  He was very impressed and how fast they came and left.  I told him he should of seen them on the other end.  Of course I gave him your name and have told a lot of my friends about your movers.  All my friends asked how my move went and co-workers.  Nothing but praises for Countrywide.  Kerry told me the fourth man was send by the dispatcher.  I told her to tell him/her I love them and thank you.  Countryside only charged me half of the cos for the 4th guy.  I was happy to see the fourth guy.  Phil the leader told me, I know you ask for 3 men and there is 4 of us.  I told him no problem, I pay what I have to in the end.I will use Countryside again, if I need to, I hope these same men will be working for the company, if not, I'm sure the rest of your crew is like the great crew you send me.Keep up the great work that you do for your customers.Have a great rest of your day and week.
