They were great.  Spoke to them on the phone walked them through the furniture and estimated the number of boxes we had.  Gave us a really good quote and then the day came.  Crew was very professional!  Super quick to pack things up into the truck.  Would highly recommend their services and should we move in the future, we will definitely be using them again.

If possible they deserve a negative star. I get a call less than an hour in on the job saying that they need to cancel. They called saying "one of our guys just got robbed. His belongings (wallet, information, etc.) was in the car & someone in the street stole his stuff." Okay, that's seriously unfortunate, & yes they should go to the police station. Now what really got to me was that the company said "It was YOUR neighborhood that robbed my movers." Excuse me? First off, regardless who it is & their occupation, it is a known fact to keep your valuables on you at all times! Anyways, so the manager or whoever says that he won't be able to help me find movers until later on the day & it's no guarantee. Shouldn't one have a back-up plan? How do you run this company? If there is any incident there should always be a backup. This incident cost me my time as well! The worst experience ever & they want to blame the neighborhood, not take any responsibility whatsoever. I spent 2 hours trying to find alternative movers & quite frankly at this time I would of been halfway settled in. Aside from an increase on cost for paying for last minute movers, I've lost so much time in my experience with this company. Trust me when I say there are other options out there. They should not be in business.

Wow...5 star all the way! The crew; Dar, Andrew, and Ed  were so courteous and professional. I received a courtesy call prior to their arrival and things only got better...they hauled all of my things down 3 flights of stairs with the utmost of care. We had to stop at a 2nd location to pick up 3 large items...one being a heavy incliner....No problem! The job ended under the quoted time ...which was a plus and a nice surprise. All in all, GREAT JOB and I would highly recommend :) thank you guys...

After numerous quotes from other movers in the surrounding area Adams was contracted to move my 84 year old aunt this past May.  With prices and reviews all over the map from other movers...we hired Adams based on prior reviews, their competitive pricing and outstanding customer service (thanks Melissa!) Through multiple conversations Melissa answered all our questions/concerns so that my aunt felt completely comfortable.  Our movers were Dar, Andrew and Justin and I cannot express enough the OUTSTANDING job they did.  They handled everything with such care, in protecting the furniture, walls and carpeting from possible damage.  Hence, not one issue! They were also great with my aunt, so much so that she is still raving and telling everyone how seamless her move was due to their efforts.If you are looking for a mover I cannot recommend them highly enough!  Thank you Adams! Dar, Andrew and Justin you ROCK!

This company helped my parents years ago move from Norristown to Bel Air, MD a very big house with lots of items such as heavy expensive furniture and tons of small items! They moved them safely, on time, and with extreme care and precision. They were extremely professional and reassembled all items perfectly and were done in a very quick and efficient time manner. Most importantly their moving rates were rocking ! Very competitive and fair! I decided almost 17 years later to use them to move a few furniture pieces from Phoenixville to Abingdon, Maryland and once again without fail their superior outstanding qualities came through and extremely pleased with their service. Highly recommend !
