I would like to say thank you to Andrew, Brandon and Melissa for helping me move! Without them I would of been one stressed out Momma. Not only did they move my items,  furniture with great care, there were also fast, and so professional.  And on top of that they have great personalities! The truck was well organized, clean also.  All my furniture was strapped in place, And all my tv's were carefully wrapped. I have not one complaint!I would used them again in a heart beat and best believe I am telling everyone I know about Adams Moving and Hauling Company.Thank you again guys!! And again

While most of my team was pretty decent, they had one new guy that failed to put padding of any sort between glass items, causing them to obviously break.  Having a packer who doesn't know how to pack is useless and led to me getting a minimal insurance reimbursement for items which were broken by negligence.

I have used this company twice to move from one apartment to another. The first crew consisted of three guys whose names are Aaron, Terrence, and Nick. They were AWESOME!!! They are experienced, professional, and handled the move very smoothly. They padded my items, as required, and took care in transporting them. My belongings were in perfect condition when I arrived at my new place.The second move was also from one apartment to another. What a difference ... a HUGE disappointment. Adams had been so good the first time; that's why I called them again. (Incidentally, be aware that Ambrose Movers charges $40 LESS an hour and has a great reputation from the people I know, but that company was booked.) Anyhow, the three guys on my second move -- whom I would love to name but won't -- were the worst. They did not wrap artwork or other items. A mid-century chair arrived with white marks up and down the legs and arms, with dents and scratches. I was livid. Unfortunately, I did not see the damages until after they had left. A bedside table drawer had two of the knobs smashed when I opened the bag. I had bought the knobs separate from the table; they were not cheap. In addition, some boxes themselves were dented and out of shape. When I opened the box with my microwave, it too was dented on the side. And it had been very well packed with two thick blankets. Disgraceful.  I called Kevin, who works at Adams, the next working day and complained about how bad those guys were. He asked me several times if I were sure my items had not been wrapped. Like the other reviewer said, they definitely were not wrapped. Kevin explained I could file a claim. I chose not to because it would cause me more grief and trouble. There were so many things not right. I just wanted to be done with it.If you ever use Adams, MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR AARON, TERRENCE, AND NICK. They are fantastic. I will never use this company again unless these three guys are the team that is assigned to my move.

While I was unable to utilize their services due to a last minute scheduling issue on my end, I felt compelled to leave a review because of their great customer service. Kevin returned my call promptly and was very courteous. Their rates are fair & competitive, and I was provided with a detailed breakdown of the costs. I was impressed with Kevin's knowledge of the area, particularly of the building I was moving into. The information he provided helped me better plan my move. I had to reschedule but they were already booked at the new time I needed. I know it's frustrating when a customer has to cancel last minute but Kevin was pleasant and wished me luck. I was sorry I couldn't use their services.

I had such a great experience, today with a difficult move moving from 2 different places and having to go back and fourth, and it was done in under 2 hours, I would highly recommend Adams moving for any of your moving needs, very professional, friendly and got everything done going from 2 places in a quick professional manner will be using them again in the future!
