I have used United Regions Van Lines twice now and have been very satisfied with both experiences. The team was efficient, friendly, and always ahead of schedule. I can't recommend them enough.

I had to sift through a ton of moving companies before I made my choice. Honestly, they all seemed the same after a while. But what I was really looking for was a company that made me feel comfortable.

That's where United Regions came in. They gave me an estimate right from the get-go and were straight-up about the fact that if I had more stuff on moving day than I said I did, my cost would go up. They were the only company that was real with me about how long the move might take, saying it could be up to 17 business days from when I was first available. When they asked me if I knew what a 'business day' was, I couldn't help but laugh. It felt like they didn't sugarcoat anything just to get my business. I don't know about you, but I appreciate honesty and straightforward deals.

In the end, they did their job and I was happy with how everything went. That's all there is to it.

I want to share that the packing services offered by United Regions Van Lines aren't free and might not seem as cheap as you'd think. But, based on my previous experiences when I packed myself (which resulted in damage to my items), I decided to give their professional packing services a try. I mean, I'm trying not to be a control freak, right?So, I asked United Regions to do the packing for an extra cost. And guess what? Nothing was damaged. You might say it's luck, but let me tell you, I've moved more than 7 times in the past 10 years and there was always something I didn't like about each move. But this time? I was genuinely pleased with the service. So if you're considering their packing services, I'd say it's worth it.
