We use MakeSpace for our small business storage - I pull my boxes out of storage 2-3 times a year - every single time they've delivered and picked up my items they have been on-time within the window promised, texted me before they arrived, called when they were at the door, and have been super courteous, nice and professional. It makes something that seems like a daunting task very easy! Highly recommend!

Do you really have to ?The company was excellent in the beginning. But as everybody knows, you have to do a full lap with a company before knowing if they are good or not.This company was very good (read interested) in making a deal with me.To store 12 normal moving boxes is not a big deal. Not for many companies.But to pick up and to return are the sensitive steps in this process and important for me as a customer.Here Make space showed their immaculate inflexibility.Most high rise buildings in Chicago have a bottleneck in the service elevator that transports furnitures.Specifically during month end.We contacted the company 2 months ahead but that would not have mattered if it was 2 years ahead.If I would do this activity again I would never, never ever even consider Make space.Even though it would cost a more I would definitely go for any other company.// Patrik

MakeSpace is any college student's best option. So easy to use, so reliable and friendly. You guys really deliver the best service possible! The friendly customer representatives over the phone and the delivery drivers-made the whole experience just worry-free. A big THANK YOU!

One of the biggest reasons I picked MakeSpace for storage was how easy it is to schedule/request delivery.  From a technology standpoint, it's quite impressive.  I believe they do a really good job with integrating their technology and marketing to customers.  Unfortunately, that's where it stops.  While they have a solid business model, their execution is THE ABSOLUTE WORST.  Let me preface this by saying that my storage unit had nearly 200 pieces so my storage space, I would guess, is probably on the larger side of their average customer.  That said, MakeSpace was completely irresponsible and unprofessional with my belongings.  Here are my biggest complaints:* They failed to deliver all requested items on a specific day delaying our move.  * They lost 3 mattress box springs (think about that for a second, how does one misplace an item that large - and 3 of them, for that matter!)** In the end, they damaged nearly all of my furniture worth over $7,000 (see pictures attached).For a company whose sole business is delivering and storing items, this company did not deliver on any accounts.  If you are looking for peace of mind with your belongings, I would highly discourage you from using MakeSpace.

The delivery guys are really good! Very carefull with my stuff and really organized! They did everything really fast. Their name's are Craig Harvey, Jaime Meza-Santillian, and Travis Collins. Great team!
