Dave stole 250k of art, furnishings and personal items. He is a scumbag. Please help me recover our items if anyone has faves address or knows anything about this please message me.

To say this was the worst experience I've ever had with a service provider would be a major understatement. It all started when my doctor recommended this crew to me - apparently they've helped him and his family move several times before, and it's always been a good experience. But for some odd reason, it seems that this company just picks and chooses the customers they will treat well, and with the rest of the customers....well, you can read some of the reviews here and see for yourself. In our case, he wasn't rude or aggressive (as evidenced by some of the other examples on Yelp), but he simply refused to provide us a service that he had COMMITTED to. We hired him to move our stuff on June 30th, since we had to be out of the apartment then, and to move it into our new place on July 1st. The time we had scheduled with him was 6 PM, and my roommate spoke to him on the phone several times throughout the day. When 6 PM hits, he doesn't show up... 7 PM, still no movers... 3 hours later, between my roommate and myself we had left him over 30 missed calls and multiple voicemails. He NEVER answered his phone or replied to any of our messages. 7 days later, he still hasn't even had the decency to call us back and apologize for NOT SHOWING UP and for leaving us stuck without a mover, scrambling to find another company at the last minute (I mean REALLY last minute... 10 PM on the night when we were supposed to be out of our apartment), and risking us paying a ridiculous fee to our landlord due to our inability to be out of our place on 6/30. Luckily, I was able to find another company that came by early on July 1st, and they took care of our move. But that is besides the point - the fact is that I'm still dumbfounded by the lack of professionalism and CONSIDERATION from this company. I would understand if something had happened and they were unable to come that day, but the fact that they never called or answered the 30+ calls makes it VERY HARD to believe that they even cared about notifying us they weren't going to show up, rather than letting us wait around for hours. I don't know if something serious happened and they were unable to get to their phones, or maybe one of their "VIP clients" called and they decided to service them instead... But the fact is that I've never been so disappointed in a service provider in my life.

Four years since my move and still haven't received my things. These guys are scam artists. If you lost some art in a move, contact me as I have someone else's stuff in my storage unit. I wonder where my things ended up? Trust your gut and do not hire these guys. If it sounds too good to be true, it certainly is.

After posting this review, I did finally get a tracking number.  I then received the stolen item a few days later.  All in all, the move was fine, but after the hassle of trying to get my stolen property back, I'm not going to give this more than a 2 star rating.

Zero stars at this point. Ordered movers for 11 today and they still have not shown up (it's 415). I received one text at 1PM from David that they would be here by 2PM due to being delayed with an earlier move. But I'm still waiting and no one is returning my calls or texts. Help!
