Randy there was a police report filed on your men and either they were called in or they refused to go in I don't know. Do you ever think of doing criminal background checks on the people you hire .

I'm a Realtor & needed to have a washer & dryer removed from a home that had just sold. Dibble was very responsive and scheduled me in the very next day. They called me when they were on the way, I met them, they loaded the washer & dryer and moved it to another location. Their men: Robert T., Randy R., and Kevin were extremely efficient, and polite.I could not have asked for a better outcome! Dibble is amazing and I strongly recommend them.!!!!!

I used the company a few years ago for a move from Naperville to Chicago. Overall I was extremely disappointed in the service. The quote I was initially given was 40% less than the actual bill when everything was said and done. (Not sure why they even bother coming out to do a survey). Wardrobe boxes were all really old & falling apart; one even had an empty cigarette pack in the bottom. When we drove to Chicago, I arrived 45 minutes before them. They claimed it was traffic, which I had trouble believing. When I reported my issues after the move, no one seemed to care. For obvious reasons, I will not use this service again in the future.
