This was the first time we had used movers, and actually switched to them from originally scheduling Elite movers because their rates were cheaper and they had good reviews. Boy were they wonderful!They called in a timely fashion, were even a little early for the start time, and were fast, professional and organized.  We had some stipulations where we were moving to that we could only use 2 rooms to store all our belongings until the other tenant was completely out.  They were amazing at working with this and stacking items so the current tenant could still get her stuff out.All in all, they made a stressful day run smoothly. I would recommend and definitely use again!

We will definitely use action movers for any future moves. We had such a great experience! Ozzie was great to work with during the scheduling/estimation process. The three movers arrived early (!!) and after we discovered an elevator scheduling mishap, they got everything out in 45 minutes - safely and efficiently! Our concierge said he's never seen movers get it done that quickly. My husband made a great point: you pay by the hour so most movers may have taken their sweet time...Not action movers! Getting in to our new apartment was just as seamless. They communicated throughout the whole process and kept our items safe and organized.

From the time I spoke to Margaret on the phone (she is a doll!) until Ozzie and his crew put the last box in the apartment this company was terrific!  Highly recommend.  Would use them again.  Very fast and efficient.  They were careful with everything. Also, nice as could be.

Having never used movers before I wasn't really sure what to expect. I was told that my movers would be there between 12-4 on a very busy moving day (August 31st) and they were there at 1:15. They were able to pack up everything we had, 1000 sq. foot apartment, with attention to detail on fragile items. They had us completely unpacked by 4:15 which was pretty impressive considering everything we had and having to go up and down 2 flights with each apartment. The guys hustled which I appreciated being that the amount of time factored into the pricing. I would definitely recommend and plan on using these guys for the next move.

UPDATED 8/15/16 Another 5 star review for Ozzie and company. Since Action Movers did such a fantastic job with my business, I didn't think twice about who I wanted to hire when I moved from the city to the suburbs. They called exactly as promised, 30 minutes before they showed up at my place. Ozzie really pays attention to details and makes sure everything is perfect. The other guy that works with him is so nice, too. These guys are totally professional and top notch. They work their asses off to make sure everything is in its right place before they leave. I couldn't recommend this business and Ozzie enough. Thanks, guys! You truly are the BEST!
