I cannot and will not recommend this company. No integrity, complete carelessness for your home and unprofessional. I had the date and time scheduled for at least two weeks (between 8am and 8:30am arrival) and the afternoon before received a call that they changed the time to between 10am and 11am.  We had no choice but to accept but knew this would create a real time crunch.At their request, I had sent a very detailed inventory of what was being moved and we were also to do a second stop to our storage unit to clear that out. Movers didn't arrive until a little after 11am and the truck I could tell already was way too small. We staged about 90% of the boxes in the bedroom on the first floor leaving a handful of heavier boxes on the top floor along with our furniture of course. Furniture consisted on 1 bed, 3 dressers, 1 armoire, 1 bench, 1 sofa, 1 side chair, 1 glider, 1 small leather recliner, 1 sofa table, 1 dining table, 1 coffee table, 2 side tables, wine fridge and a few rugs. My husband and I had taken apart and wrapped in plastic the guest bed and did ALOT of preliminary work. The movers took care of the boxes pretty quickly and I thought for sure we'd get everything out of the current place in no longer than 3 hours. WRONG. It took just over 4 hours and we had to abandon the the storage unit because the truck was full. They didn't even load any of the outdoor items that I had clearly noted on my inventory report. I had to ask them to find a way to fit at least the grill on which they did.There was a brief downpour which halted things for about 15 minutes and all that while our dining table was getting rained on.This is where the absurd and unprofessional behavior began. They were moving our armoire down the stairs (an armoire my husband and I successfully moved twice within the unit on different floors without causing damage) Between the 4 movers, they could not figure out how to get the armoire down and around the stairs. My husband explained to them how we have done it in the past and the lead guy said well we'll have to scratch the floors then. Un NO not OK. So they continued to try and move it and nearly took the stairway rail off. On the next set of stairs, they managed to hit and damage the ceiling.When I pointed out the damage, the lead guy IMMEDIATELY started screaming at me that they didn't do it and it was there already to which I said absolutely not. We had just had the place painted before we put it on the market and there is no way that was there. And if you look at the floor, you see the wall and paint pieces. He vehemently continued to deny it and actually said well if you were smart you would know that you paint after a move....seriously?! I just finally said just get this place moved. After that they decided to take their sweet time ignoring me and my husband.   I called Bobbi to express my displeasure and her response was basically that she couldn't help me since she wasn't there.  She said I had 2 choices, they could stop the move or I could sit down and talk with the guy...yeah right. She said I could file a report after and basically if the lead and his guys said the damage was already there, then there is nothing I can do. I expect a company and its workers to have integrity and be trustworthy but clearly this is not the case. I happened to look outside and saw they movers just standing around the truck. Who knows how long they were there since again, they stopped communicating with us. My husband asked if they were done and they said yes.Fast forward to the new place, I had to stay back at the old to finish cleaning and moving the remaining items over. I had to call a friend to help move.My husband went to the new place which is exactly 1 mile all side streets, no traffic. He waited over 30 minutes for the movers to show up to the house (30 minutes that we paid for BTW).My husband said they told him they would have to scratch the wall when moving some furniture and he said No. And he had to help them navigate the furniture up the stairs. and what do you know, they did so without scratching any walls. Since I was still at the old place and it was now pushing 5pm, he had to get the baby's crib set up. I got to the new place around 5:30pm and then had to pick up my baby from daycare and my husband had to make another run to the old place to get the last of the items so the movers were left to unload and take boxes for about 30 minutes tops. I came home and was taking care of the baby and within 15 minutes, was told, OK we're done. I was so tired and just wanted these people out of my life, I signed and they left. Turns out, 85% of our boxes that were CLEARLY LABELED, were just put in the front room. Not to the correct locations.We were charged for 28 rolls of tape but they have not proof and in all the move cost almost twice as much as we were told and they didn't even complete it.I will NEVER use this company again.

The moving company will quote you one thing, up the cost after the they move your stuff and threaten to keep your tv(s) if you attempt to negotiate payment. 500+ for one bedroom, couch, dinning room tabls, boxs and clothes. The move was less than a mile away. They tell you they have to wrap everything which is understandable. But they fail to mention that they're charging you for everything that they wrap on top of the moving price that they already quoted you. Beware. The previous moving company i used in the past unfortunately I lost their number. I moved from Rogers Park Illinois to Old Irving Park Illinois with the same things that needed to be moved and the moving price was a total of $280. Just thought I'd warn some people.

These guys were amazing! They were very professional they did a great job! Everything was well taken care of and they were extremely timely. We moved to a second floor apartment with a tight, tall stair case and they handled it perfectly.  It was worth everything we paid, which was very reasonable. We will use them for any move we have in the future! Highly recommended!

Second time using them and just the absolute BEST movers. They know their shit. They are in and out without stopping. Well oiled machine and also incredibly positive, fun and nice. Will never use another company. Love these guys!

If I could give 10 stars I would. From beginning to end an amazing experience. Bobbi was great,  answered all questions,  got back to me in a very timely manner and just a very kind person. This was my first time using movers and it was worth every single penny. They was fast,  reliable and very very affordable. I would recommend highly.  I called some of the others companies and they didn't even call me back,  I suppose my in town move was not worth it for the others.  Thank you Bobbi and to the amazing crew you sent!!
