Isadore and Iggy showed up and did the deed, dis-assembled my old bed and hauled all my other junk down the elevator 6 floors and hauled it all away, for a very reasonable price. Great guys and great service...can't go wrong with this service!

Needed to get rid of some miscellaneous junk (construction debris, old hoses, outdoor furniture) and finally called to arrange a pick-up.  Great experience!  The crew showed up as scheduled, called in advance as expected and in fact called a few times to update me on their progress which I appreciated.  The crew of Fredo, Eric and J.T. was very professional, courteous and helpful loading everything while taking care of surrounding articles and property.  Done in no time.  Only drawback - a little more expensive than I expected but overall, well worth it.

This couldn't have been easier! I booked online for the next day (over a holiday weekend). Isadore and Charles called me before my promised window and gave me a more exact time. They also called just before arriving. Within about 20 minutes of arrival everything was gone from my apartment! Loveseat, tons of bags of random stuff, lamps and other miscellaneous bulky items - gone in minutes! Isadore and Charles were extremely professional and friendly. I will recommend this service to anyone that lives in a walkup and wants to declutter. I know I'll use it again! Thanks again to Isadore and Charles for making it a great experience!

Isadore and Xavier just left my place and did one heck of a job and deserve 5 STARS! I was doing a pre-move clean out in a narrow upper level town house apartment. I was reticent to get a dumpster and deal with the city and permits, Chicago weather, etc. and wanted to know the items would be disposed of properly. It is great to know that 1-800 JUNK will take items to charity as many of the items I had were okay for starter furniture again. As a single lady I also felt completely comfortable and was treated courteously. The pricing was very clear and upfront and they have 24/7 customer service support. It is like having a moving service via Amazon Prime. They come on time and can be scheduled day of, no judgement on the amount of junk you have or obligations to take it, and get the job done... and it can be scheduled all online. Thanks Isadore and Xavier. You guys rock!

Seriously--how often do you get excited, happy, grateful and totally smitten with a service that hauls, well, junk? The Got Junk team that we worked with was nothing short of amazing in every  way, expertly turning a total drag of an experience (getting rid of stuff, lots and lots of stuff is not my idea of a good time, just sayin') into a complete thumbs-up, high-fivin' positive. They were everything you want from a company and almost never see anymore. The entire team was personable, helpful, hard-working, honest, efficient, funny (yes, I said funny) and professional. Omar, Glo, Berto and Johnny are absolute aces, a dream team and total delight. Can't recommend the company highly enough.
