Worst experience. I was really looking forward to them providing a good experience but they didn't even try to organize the garbage to make as much fit as possible. They charge by how much "fits" so I was expected to only fill about 1/8 of the truck and they came and literally threw everything inside their truck and they told me their truck got early full... they didn't try organizing it and making it all fit as compact as it could. They were a couple of teenagers so I figured it was gonna turn out this way... stay away. It's cheaper to rent a dumpster and do it yourself. I only called them cause I didn't wanna lift the heavy stuff. And THEY couldn't even lift it either...

I guess they're quick and efficient because they block active driveways.   They had a job at 547 S. Clark in Chicago, today 5/24/17, where I own a condo and a parking space.  Driver blocked the building's active driveway for over 15 minutes.  After searching I finally found them and asked them to move 10'.   No reply, they just looked at me.  Had to interact with them repeatedly.  They never spoke a word, only grunted.  Finished bringing their load out into the alley before moving the truck.  IL plate    378258 (D)       Probably would be doing it if my kids and I weren't stuck in an alley and certainly not if we had not been treated so rudely.  John D'Ambrogio

HA! They sent me an email after I wrote this review, promising to look into it. NEVER HEARD FROM THE AGAIN.My negative review stands. Awful.

This service doesn't come cheap--but you get what you pay for. We have a new bedroom set coming in early next week, for a second-fl. bedroom, replacing a 38-yr-old "starter" set, and no stores' delivery services will remove any old stuff except mattresses and box springs--you're on your own if you have nowhere to store the old stuff or no longer want it. We're in no shape to drag it down and out to the alley ourselves (in the arctic cold) and know nobody else willing & able. Donating old furniture, especially in rough condition, is tougher than it sounds: it can take forever if you post a "come & get it" message on neighborhood blogs; Goodwill no longer picks up; and the Ark & Sally Ann had no openings for weeks. The hospital auxiliary shops want only stuff in salable condition. We needed this stuff gone ASAP, so we called 1-800-GOT-JUNK yesterday. They told us what their average price was and that they take stuff first to donation & recycling centers for repurposing before discarding it as a last resort. They offered to come by the day before the new delivery but I worried that if the price was too high we'd be stuck. They offered to come by this morning to give us an estimate, at no charge should we turn them down. We were given a 2-hr window, and were called as they left their previous stop, with a precise ETA--and they arrived on the dot. Kevin & Theo were great: professional, courteous, neat, and not only quoted a reasonable price w/in the ballpark, they actually asked me (after I paid) if there was anything else in the house I needed them to move! (They moved a heavy recliner for me). Had I known beforehand how smoothly this ended up going, I could have saved myself half a bottle of TUMS. (Just kidding...maybe). Next time you need to get rid of stuff nobody will take and too big for you to move, I highly recommend you call them.
