This is the second time I've used this company and each time has been such an easy experience. Clearing out your space can be stressful but Erick and Giovanni made everything a breeze. They were on-time, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Called and spoke with very nice and pleasant customer agent.  I told them I had an "L" shaped couch for removal.  He said prices are based on portion of truck used and starts at approximately $100.  Guys got here and looked at couch and quoted me a price of over $350.  I had to ask if he was kidding.  So $379 to take away my couch?  Perhaps they should take volume into consideration with items stacked.  Anyway, truly a bait and switch operation.  The goal is to get their people in the door and then screw you as hard as they can based on desperation.  Who in their right mind would pay almost $400 to take a couch off their hands?  Feel totally bamboozled and if you are reading this and need a couch taken away, DO NOT EVEN BOTHER calling.  Total scam and prey on those who depend on their friendly and simple advertising and then get slapped with an absurd price.

I was so impressed by this service. Jonathan and Angel were such a pleasure. They moved 4 large pieces of furniture for me,in about 20 minutes. Instead of charging me for the full amount, at no cost to me they broke apart the furniture so it took up less space in the truck. Instead of $450, I paid $250. I will 100% use this service again.

Wow! These guys are organized and professional.I received a call from Isadore a couple of hours before my appointment yesterday to confirm the time the truck would arrive.  And on time they were!Xaoizen arrived assessed my items and provided me a very fair estimate. He indicated that the other two back up guys would be arriving later.  The entire job took less than an hour. Everyone was great. I would hire them again!!

So here is their business model: I had basic construction debris from redoing my floors....about a 10 yard dumpster's worth, nothing hazardous or toxic.  I called to ask how much it would cost to get rid of.  They will not give you a price in advance, though when I called they told me that prices are between $99 and $650 for a full truck.  They gave me a time they'd arrive (between 11-1 pm) they arrived at 2.  When they arrived, two guys looked at my stuff and wanted me to pay $2000 for the job.  When I said that was outrageous they started talking about "load costs," basically saying the stuff was heavy (it was not) so they would have to divide it into two trucks.  They also said they had to pay to get rid of it.  Mind you, the person on the phone I spoke with never once mentioned load costs or additional costs for disposal, that was left out of the conversation.   I told the guys I could get a dumpster and load it for $350.  They told me that I'd have to do that myself and that part of their cost was paying for their labor.  Really?  The job I had took my teenage son and I 20 min to do.  The "labor" for 1800GotJunk is $1700 over the local dumpster company for a 20 min job? $850 a guy for 20 min?  When I asked what their best price was, they said that was it, they couldn't bargain.  Okay, so you don't give prices in advance, you just show up late and then hope I am desperate (or stupid) enough to pay your astronomical price?   No thanks.  After they left, I called a different company, I had someone out that same afternoon who did the whole job by himself for $400.  1800GotJunk was going to charge me 5x the amount.   This is not a good company to work with. Sure, they were friendly and courteous and responsive on the phone, but the price was insulting and made me feel like they were trying to gouge me.  Shop around, you'll do so much better.
