Move Safe Relocation

This company is not honest! Andrew, our salesman, lead us to believe his company was the actual movers. In reality, they brokered our move to Cheetah Movers out of CA.
Andrew had quoted me a price, but the movers wanted more money at pickup, $420, and delivery, $75. When I called MoveSafe Relocation, they were NO help. When I booked, they said my cubic feet was WAY below minimum, and I could add many more items, which I did not. However, when I called for help, the manager, I think her name was Amanda, said my items were "bulky" so they were raking up more room. NO WHERE in my conversation with Andrew was "bulky" items addressed. I was just told over and over, I was WAY below minimums. When I gave Amanda the list of items, she never once mentioned anything being "bulky" either. She also did NOT include my box springs in the items because she said it was supposed to be part of the Queen bed and mattress I listed. Cheetah did not accept this, and Amanda did NOTHING to help get the cost taken away or even reduced! Since we had to be out of our location, we had not choice but to pay the extra money!
Andrew told me to have a certified check for payment upon delivery. Cheetah, however, would not unload our items without payment AND they would NOT accept the certified check. They wanted Zell, which we did not have. We had to find a family member who had Zell and workout something with them.
Cheetah also wanted an extra $75 for delivery, which we said "NO" to so they left our items outside the delivery location we had contracted for.
I would not use MoveSafe Relocation and especially not Andrew again. However, if you choose to use them, check your contract to see who the move was brokered with. If it is Cheetah Movers our of CA, I would cancel immediately!
There are MANY movers out there wanting your business. Check reviews and listen to your gut. I don't know how MoveSafe Relocation has 5 star reviews unless they delete the bad ones??

It was fairly the best move I have had out of 5 relocations. My sales representative sent my quote really quick and everything he explained was quite clear. I liked his positive attitude, always trying to find a solution to all my concerns. The price was the best I could get for such a nice service!

America First rendered such a nice service. They were quite accurate on their quote and booking with them was really easy. The movers arrived right on time and were attentive to my instructions. They really cared about me and my things. I give them 5 stars for their great service.

I was extremely pleased with their outstanding service. Everyone were courteous, helpful and movers were so friendly and easy going. Its good to feel that your stuff is being taken care well. I would recommend them.

I needed last minute movers and I didn't know who to call. A friend of mine knew Move Safe Relocation and recommended them to me without a doubt. So I called and talked to one of their sales representatives, he took special care of my move. He had the movers at my front door the next day, movers showed up as promised. The crew leader and his team worked like champs! This is a reliable company.
