This is a very untrustworthy company! The original estimate was $1312 for a small move. When the movers arrived 8 hours after the scheduled time without notifying me, the cost was increased to $3340. Their reasons for the upcharge kept changing. "Well. you didn't tell us there was a curio cabinet." (It was on page 9). "Well, you didn't pay for packing materials." (It was on page 1). "Well, you didn't pay for the boxes and labor." (Also on Page 9 under "Packing Materials and Labor.") "Well, the movers didn't know there would be packing involved." (You mean that fact that I purchased boxes, packing materials, and labor was not a good indication). Well, the movers increased your one room job to 450 cf. (When the items arrived, I measured them myself and it totaled well under 100 cf) Finally, the company offered me a $50 "Inconvenience fee", if I didn't leave a negative review. (Keep your money, it's worth letting others know about your practices)

Move Safe Relocation provided excellent service! The team was professional, friendly, and efficient. They handled my furniture with care, and everything arrived without damage. The process was smooth, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable moving company!

This company is a scam! I was told movers would pickup today between 9-11 and delivery immediately. Neither happened. when they couldn't give me a delivery date I fired them. They are brokers and the driver for the moving company was exceptionally angry and confrontational. He hung up on me after screaming at me. I was uncomfortable with this man being at my home. He screamed at me again upon arrival. I was extremely uncomfortable. When I complained to movesafe they told me that the moving company was "excellent" and they didn't know what my issue was. They increased the price by $500 yesterday without seeing inventory and charged my card without my authorization. Do not use them.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
Absolutely awful.
MoveSafe Relocation is a sham. Their employees use scripts to con you out of thousands of dollars, and then contract with no-name, shifty movers who require thousands more to move your things.
Our move was estimated to cost $4000-$6000; it ended costing over $12,000!
Using MoveSafe was a terrible decision. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
MoveSafe should be investigated and shut down.

Would say unethical company with ni response to formal requests. Only comeback on calls to shame me for "not knowing" their contract... really?

I am a female in 20's and their QA was not afraid to shame me emotionally and passively. Would highly recommend to AVOID.

I got a phone call from this company while I was looking to move from east coast to mid-west. It was very stressful process as I thought having broker company would help with actually getting stuff figured out with moving company, but no. I had to explain myself repeatly to both this company and the actual moving company (which I did like talking directly to the moving company than going through Movesafe). #1 QA is not afraid of pulling "oh I'm sorry you didn't read the fine prints when you signed the paper"... As I did, couldn't find where it was written, asked them to screenshot the part and send over, never responded and annoying. It was along the line of "please send me a screenshot stating that lower volume of items will be combined with other mover's truck" - whatever the reason maybe (prob cost related), it was not explictly stated, and when I called to understand/potentially speed up the moving process, the guy who called himself a QA said was "Oh it's on the paper, you just didn't read it".
Umm... Still waiting for the email response with screenshot.

Not only that, I couldn't get the actual follow up from Movesafe to a simple request as getting a form from the moving company due to damaged furniture during transit for claims. They did respond that they will get back to me, which they never did.

I re-followed up directly with the moving company after a few days, and they were able to help out, even how to submit the claim.

Only embarrassment and annoyance, blockage of communications experienced with this broker company.

And yes, I'm putting personal information to the world to such an unethical company :(
