What a horrible experience! We scheduled the movers to come this morning and after they got to the house spend a few minutes and they said we have to reschedule for another day. Which we put everything in the garage for them to make it easier for them. Moving it's stressful to begin with and they added extra stress to our move. Now we have to reschedule everything which is the stupidest thing I ever heard. I'll never recommend them to anyone!

I have never used a moving company before but this move had a longer distance so I decided to call and get some quotes. I called several companies in the area and either they didn't move between counties or they just didn't call me back. I decided to try one more and it was Discount Movers. I was taken care of from the start! John was amazing at providing a quote while I was on the line and gave me details and tips for our move. I called the next day and spoke to Jerry and set up the move date. I was told that the movers would show up around 9:30am. We were so excited to see that the gentlemen showed up a bit early so there was no time to waste. We had the pleasure of working with Mike V. and Mike H. They took a few mins to assess the move and immediately started loading the truck. John was not kidding when he said the movers would be efficient and fast and I was sooooo happy we were prepared!!! These two gentlemen worked wonderfully together. In no time at all the truck was packed. They were so kind and so professional!!!!! We then drove to the new location. They arrived with great timing. They were unloading just as fast if not faster than they loaded the truck. They put the boxes and furniture exactly where I indicated. The efficiency and professionalism of these two gentlemen made our move so easy that we were completely unpacked and settled in less than a week. I would definitely recommend Discount Movers and ask for Mike V and Mike H. I will ONLY use this company. Thank you Mike V/Mike H for the spectacular service you both provided!!!!!

They told me they would be here at 10 am they came in for THREE Minutes ONLY !!!! Looked at a bunk bed and asked if I was taking down my beds I said no that's why I called y'all ( I even asked the manger on the phone if they did that he said yes ) everything else is packed keep that in mind ! The guy said well I think you should hire someone else and left out with no response . And also before he saw the beds he told me they don't move clothes in bags DONT USE THIS COMPANY YOU The WORST MOVING Company!!

I was really looking forward to getting help with my move until my movers showed up almost 4 hours late. I was quoted a time from 10-12 and my movers didn't show up until 415pm. Although they kept me updated throughout the day, the last communication with me was at 215pm which was really disappointing. They had a prior move they had helped with that day and though they pulled through I felt as if they were tired and didn't pay close attention to detail or the care of my things. The guys were very nice and friendly and finished my move in 3 hours, but I would book another company if you are looking for punctuality and attention to detail.

Great moving company!!! Honest quote. Professional movers. Thomas, Mike and John and or Steve( can't remember) were so kind and professional. They were fast and efficient!! Everything about this company is awesome, they moved me from San Diego to LA without issues or problems. Thank you gentlemen!
