My issue was resolved with courtesy. They are going to help with the cost of the unnecessary uhaul that I had to rent. I am satisfied with how well mannered the gentleman was in fixing things.

Two guys moved my things in 4 hours. They broke a couple dishes and a vase but did a good job overall and made sure I was ok with the placement of my items. When it was time to pay the guy asked for an additional $20 tip. That rubbed me the wrong way but I was grateful and gave them the tip anyway. *as an update- the general manager John gave me a call and apologized for any issues or inconveniences I experienced and he was very kind he made me feel so much better and I truly appreciate it

I first wanna say thanks to Ashton, Cesar & Raul. You guys did a great job and got us moved in to our new place in record time. My wife and I were moving out of our small 1 bedroom apartment downtown into our new place in North Park. The movers showed up right on time and ready to work. They moved all our stuff out of our old place and into our new place in 1.5 hours. Now, for those of you who see low star rating it's because they weren't prepared for the move. You must have everything packed up in boxes and follow the simple moving sheet that they provide. Don't overload the big boxes with heavy stuff and if your have expensive furniture you should take it upon yourself to move those items or thoroughly protect them with moving blankets and visqueen. Thanks again for such a great experience......

I would start saying we did not use this company at the end. I was really sad it did not work out. They kept saying they've been in business for more than 20 years but it seemed they did not have any experience on customer service. They kept asking for exact number of items and I was not able to provide that information -this is an office by the way. It was going fine at first but when I called to confirm the information one day before the actual move day, and  it changed completely. I don't want to be disrespectful and say bad thing just because, but the person on the phone laughed at me when I told him that I rather use another company because it was too much drama... So, I wouldn't recommend this one unless you know exactly the number and type of items you're taking with you.

One bedroom apartment.Two flights of stairs.Three men and a van.Move across town.Good price.No hassle.Problem free move on a last minute reservation.One improvement:  I had a lot of antiques that they needed to be reminded to wrap carefully several times throughout the move. These old treasures are valuable and fragile, even when they look old and sturdy. One broken hoinge on a storage ottoman.Good attitudes, simple move. Would recommend.
