Just used these guys to move me for the 3 time in 14 years.  Each time I've gotten 2-3 other bids.  They're usually the mid range. They did such a great job. They were so professional.  So friendly and helpful and fast.  But they're super busy and I couldn't get the move date i wanted. So had to move a few days later. They were also really good with follow up and checking in before my move date to see if I was on track, needed anything. I was mostly packed when they showed up about 15 min early on my move day.  I thought I'd have time to catch up with the stuff but their crew was so fast I was scrambling to finish so they could get it on the trucks before they had loaded my 4+4 house!  The estimator was right on the money. Even tho when lead guy showed up in the morning and I took him around, he said he thought they would need more time than was estimated.   But he was wrong!   They did allow for exactly  enough time, trucks and manpower for my move. It was super hot out too and they were just there to help with whatever I needed! They didn't seem put out, or exhausted(which i'm sure they were) or wishing they had a different job. They made me feel like they were there to help ME!  Plus they  came up with a great solution when a couple pieces wouldn't fit into one room, after trying really hard. So much happier with the revised set up! Im a caterer and I have lots of fridges and freezers full of food and was expecting to get boxes from them to pack the fridge stuff (they said the freezers could stay full!) right before they were done loading.  I went out to the garage to get started and one of the guys had already packed out the whole 7 foot fridge!  And it was labelled outdoor fridge.  Went inside and inside one had already been done. Last time I moved I had friends help me pack most of my stuff and hired Wetzel for 2 days to help me pack. Their packers were amazing.  So fast we ended up only needing one day of their packers! . Everything fragile was wrapped perfectly and carefully.   Only complaint was last time I moved 5 years ago, I told them to be careful with my very fragile original 55 year old Eames chair.  And they did break it.  They tried to fix after the move.  They came and picked it and  took it to be repaired.  But it broke again exact same place the second  it came back and I never followed up. .  Haven't been able to sit in it since.   But otherwise great experience and highly recommend!

My second time using Wetzel & Sons, the first time some 25 years ago went perfectly. I moved on Saturday Oct 24th which was my 3rd move in 3 years and I have used movers each time. This was not a perfect move, things went wrong and I was unhappy. Having a dialog with Daniel Wetzel (owner) was refreshing, an owner that actually cares about his business not just talk. He made everything right and I cannot thank Wetzel & Sons for their commitment to integrity and customer service. Use Wetzel & Sons Moving & Storage with confidence, if I have to move again I will be calling them.

Moved with them today and recommend them very very highly. Jerry and Jose were prompt, friendly,  skilled, efficient,  funny... they put the service in customer service.  Jerry has been a mover for over 20 years and it shows in his love of the work and his skill in handling tricky situations. Plus, Lorenzo was awesome in setting up the move and staying in touch as the moving day approached. They are not the cheapest movers, but I feel they offer the greatest value, by far, and I would choose them again in a heartbeat for my next move and would ask for Jerry and Jose.  If you want a low stress move from people who pride themselves in delivering quality service,  pick Wetzel and sons.

Justin organized our move and was incredibly thorough so we did not have any surprises on moving day. They came out beforehand to see how much we had to move. They documented every piece of furniture they packed. Nothing broke. John and his crew were so polite and professional. As stressful as moving can be, Wetzel made it that much easier!

My husband and I just moved into our new home last weekend, and we could not have been happier with the movers from Wetzel & Sons.  They were courteous, careful with our belongings, and arrived right on time.  We have a few large pieces of furniture that are not easy to move, to say the least, but these two guys made it look easy, without causing any damage to the walls or the furniture.  We were so impressed with their speed and careful efficiency that we would recommend Wetzel & Sons to all of our friends and family.  I wish I had gotten the names of our two movers, because I would be asking Wetzel to give them a raise!
