Horrible experience. Family had used them before, this time a NIGHTMARE!!! Lost things. Broke things. Delivered our personal items from storage to a rental house we no longer lived in and that was sold. Our belongings sold with house and disappeared!!! Paid quote that included insurance in advance - during move given piece of paper to initial and sign that denied insurance. So now they refuse to compensate us for the thousands upon thousands of our personal belongings that they lost. Completely incompetent. Totally negligent. Try Russell instead. Wetzel is TERRIBLE and they conduct shady business practices!!

Surprised I hadn't written a review for Wetzel & Sons yet.We have used them 5 times now over the last 30 years.  2 personal moves and 3 estate pack & move to our warehouse.  They know how to pack.  We have never had any breakage. Each and every time, they have been early, efficient, quick and friendly.  They are truly professionals!I have told any of my friends that would need them to call them.  Pricing is in the market range of others, and they give value added service.Totally, totally happy with Wetzel & Sons.

Amazing service! I emailed this afternoon to have a bed removed and a bed in a box unpacked. Daniel got back to me quickly and said they were extremely busy but if I could call him in the next 10 minutes he could send his guys out on their way home. He sent Jesus and Joey. They were great! They showed up within 20 min. Both were very friendly, fast and efficient. Their boss had quoted me $75-$100, which is way below what other company's wanted. He said to pay Jesus and Joey directly because they volunteered to do the job after their day was already done. The company took zero dollars for this job. Paid them $80 cash. No mess to clean up and everything set up perfectly. What more could you want!?EXCELLENT service! Above and beyond what I expected.

Wetzel & Sons are thee best movers!I've used them twice, last March (2017) to help move some bulky items out of storage and haul away a old mattress. They were flexible for the small amount of time needed for a pretty simple move. They were professional & on time. Very careful and courteous.They helped me with a move 25+ years ago with the same professional courteous manner.Luis in Sales couldn't have been more helpful on the phone.Save yourself some aggravation and call them first! I think you'll be glad you did. After you talk to other rude obnoxious moving companies that make you feel like you're bothering them trying to get a quote or check availability, good grief!Wetzel & Sons is thee best!!!

From the moment I called and talked to Renee, and asked her if the company would do a small interior move, I thought OMG customer service is still alive and well.  My husband is in hospice and we had to make short timeframe moves to accomodate a hospital bed and ensure his safety.  Renee went above and beyond, fit us in their schedule within 2 days, thank you thank you!!  In addition, the guys she sent, Gregorio and Felix were quick, kind, and efficient and had quite a sense of humor.  They made short work of the numerous moves and if I had to rate them on a 1 to 10 scale, I would give them a 50.  I will recommend this company to all my friend!!!!  Thanks again Renee,Gregorio and Felix,  you really out did yourself today. :)
