We hired them to move our daughter.  We could not have been happier. They wrapped the bed and frame helped box everything and moved it cleanly. It was a small one day job. The two guys were really nice and efficient. Great job. We highly recommend them.

This moving company claims to be "white glove" and they are very expensive (much more than anyone else) because of this.  I spent well over $10,000 (yes that is 10k) for two moves out of my house, into their storage, and then back into my house.  First, they under quoted me so on the day of the move they said that they couldn't get it all done.  Because I had my tenant moving in the next day, I had to call and complain and then they sent more people which cost me double and overtime.  They were also careless with packing but took their time carefully wrapping my bathroom trash bin but other items didn't fair well.  We believe that they damaged things while they were packing - then claimed it was already damaged. Um, no it was not, but I guess now you just broke it and placed it into the box.  Even though they "take" inventory,  we are still missing a vase (maybe they broke it).We suspect they broke and damaged some items and then tried to repair with GLUE so that we wouldn't notice.  We went snowboarding and realized my wife's snowboard bindings were both broken and then glued together.  GLUED people!  Thank god we noticed - we were on a mountain and had to rent new bindings because that is so dangerous and careless she could have gotten hurt -- they were the last ones in possession of the snowboard.  Also, a piece of art was damaged but they said it was damaged "already" when they were packed it.  Interestingly,  they tried to "fix"  this "already damaged art" by using super glue!  Just something I noticed as I read the word "dameged" on the box.  If you didn't do it, why would you even attempt to "fix" it?  Also, the glue seems to be the same super glue used on the snowboard bindings. Interesting.There was also one item that was damaged that I had paid extra to box and crate (made for the item) so that it could be handled delicately. They said they would fix this "in house" and that I wouldn't even notice the damage and it would be like new.  Great! Okay fine by me.  Two months later, they delivered the fix and I was horrified.  It was repaired so poorly and was unacceptable - it even looked worse.  I spoke with Mike Wetzel (the owner) about it, he kindly offered to replace the broken part, for which he should have - but it took six months and I had to stay on top of it because they took their sweet time probably hoping I would forget.  Mike also stopped responding to my email and call inquiries.  I guess it is annoying having to come out of pocket for client damages .  They also didn't return our 15 moving blankets that we purchased. Suffice to say - it is hard to find good moving companies, I thought I could spend more and have them actually care but, unfortunately, spending extra money doesn't guarantee anything in this case.  There are better movers out there. I might recommend them for storage only.Good luck on your move.

5 stars just doesn't make it!!!!!!  If the scale read 1 star and continued all the way up to 100 stars, I would check the 100 star square without hesitation!!!!  From beginning to end, from the first day the movers came to begin the packing, all the way up to and including the final day of the move, all was perfect!!!!!  The act of moving anywhere at anytime in life is difficult, but, with the help of Eytan and the crew, the job was a "piece of cake"!  When you put together all of the right ingredients to make that cake, how can one fail!  Wetzel definitely provided me with the perfect help and as a result, one month later, I can say that I'm organized, I'm happy, and, I'm thrilled that I used this company for the 5th time. I hope that there will not be a 6th, but, if I have to go in another direction one day, you can bet that I will pick up the phone to reach out to Eytan and the rest of the Wetzel-ettes!!!!

I love Wetzel's and especially the guys in the warehouse.   They are helpful, courteous and efficient.   They have made a year of remodeling my house so much easier for me.   I highly recommend them.

We only needed their help with something quick that you need movers for and they gave us a quote saying if we wait until they have a job in our neighborhood they won't charge us the 2 or 3 hours minimum. Since we were flexible and they were flexible they were cheaper than the other moving companies. So we decided to go with them and they came on time and finished on time and charged as agreed. We are happy and going to use them when we move out.
