It seems their entire scheduling process is practically non-existant and done on the fly. Despite making arrangements a week in advance, my drop-off time ended up being much earlier than the approximate time range given. The pick-up ended up being a nightmare. I did not want to pack my Relocube and then leave all my belongings out on the street overnight, but I was unable to schedule a time later in the day to pick it up. I was told to call them the day of to get more info since they could not give me any time estimates, even the day before. Then they picked up my empty cube at 8:30am before I could even pack it or call them and they failed to even notify me they were coming until I noticed at 9am that it was missing. They then had to bring it back but despite calling dispatch all day long, they were now unable to pick it back up on the originally requested day. Since I can't afford to have someone unpack it and pack it up again on such short notice, now all my things (including my tv, my bed, my shampoo, etc) are wrapped up and packed up in a cube on the street where any person could walk up with a bolt cutter and take what they want, and I'm sleeping on the floor of my empty apartment waking up throughout the night to check that my personal belongings are still secure. Thanks alot, U-Pack.Point is that they make it extremely difficult for you to plan anything in advance and unless you're flexible and have your own driveway or someplace else to safely store the cube, ordering a Relocube from this distribution center in Pacoima is a poor option. Fortunately, the Relocube arrived on time and in good condition at the receiving distribution center in Salt Lake City, where they were able to drop off and pick up my cube same day without any hassle or scheduling issues. Also, the pricing was clear and exactly as stated.

If I could give negative stars I would. My problem is with ABF Freight Services. This company is absolutely the worst compared to the numerous other delivery companies I've had experience with. My order was a large 400 lbs delivery consisting of 1 large box and 3 smaller ones. The first problem I noticed was a small delivery guy by himself. He brings down the boxes that were wrapped together with plastic on a flatbed dolly and brings it towards my house. There is an incline driveway up to my door and after 1 -2 halfhearted attempts the guy stops and says it's an outside delivery. I said in front of my door is outside, bring it up or take the plastic off and bring it one by one. From this point on all the guy continues to say is, it's an outside delivery, not inside and I kept on arguing my point that in front of my door is still outside. I told him every other large delivery has been brought up to my door by other delivery companies and what he is stating is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. So I asked him what their specific policy is and of course he has no idea. I said I wanted to speak to his manager/boss and he called his dispatcher and told me it's his boss. The dispatcher was another useless employee who told me there is no specific policy and it's pretty much at the discretion of each delivery guy. This was an absolutely absurd answer which meant they can leave it outside as far away from a house as each delivery guy feels its close enough.  So after going back and forth on where he should leave these large boxes, I heard the dispatcher tell the driver to mark as "delivered" and take the products back. This absolutely infuriated me and I immediately took down all the information I could to file a formal complaint with his boss and also the company I brought my products from. In the end the guy left the large boxes down my driveway on the street.  I will NEVER do any sort of business with ABF Shipping company and their bunch of unprofessional, irresponsible collection of "employees."Again, if I could give negative stars I would.

Worst customer experience of my life. I usually take things for what they are but this was insane. I know this is long but I highly suggest you read. It just gets worse and worse.I called Upack's Paqoima office 1 week+ advance of my delivery date requesting a delivery, pickup, and final delivery date and time. I was given zero information and told to call back 5 days before delivery because my order was not yet in their system. I called back at the 5 day mark and was again given no information. This time I was told that I had to call on the day of delivery before I could schedule anything. I called on the day of delivery only to find that they had not delivered because I had not been at my apartment. I had made arrangements for my apartment manager to help the delivery man and even had spots reserved to place them. They did not check with the apartment office. They simply called and when I did not answer they left and demanded $150 dollars to redeliver. I disputed this with customer service who said they would listen to the tapes to find out if delivery was discussed during prior phone calls and they would get back to me. They did not get back to me but instead simply withdrew $150 from my bank account. I called back the day after delivery to ask about pickup times and was told that there was nothing they could do until the day of pickup. There is a pattern here. I was given the run around and they avoided telling me any specific times for as long as possible so they would not have to guarantee anything. I was told to call back Friday (the day of pickup) at noon and when I did they told me they probably wouldn't be able to pick up my cubes that day and that I should have called earlier. They said they would have a better idea at 3pm and would call me back. They never called back so I called them and they said they would not pick up until Monday. I expressed my desire not to have my possessions left on the curb in Los Angeles over the weekend but they didn't care. If there had been anytime they were willing to pick up on Friday I would have been ready but they never gave me a time and then told me it was too late. I called customer service who refused to let me speak to any type of management or supervisor and said there was nothing they could do. They said a manager would call me back but they never did. I argued my way into a Friday night pickup time with the local office and got them to give me a "99.99% guarantee" and said the only reason they wouldn't pick up by 7pm that night was if the tractor broke. At 7 the cubes were still there. I called back and the dispatch man on duty had no idea what I was talking about and said there wasn't even a driver working that night. He proceeded to give a 100% guarantee that the cubes would be picked up by 9am on Saturday. They were not. I called back and the office was closed. I called customer service who said they had no way of reaching anyone beyond email. Later I received a call from the Paqoima office manager who said someone would come by to pick them up. Finally, around 10am they were picked up. Upon deliver my plasma tv was dripping wet but thankfully I had wrapped it in several layers including several bubble wrap layers. When I called to demand they drop the $150 redelivery charge and give a 25% refund they would not let me speak to a manager. I had to wait for one to call me. Michelle Edwards finally called and laughed at me when I asked for the 25% refund and said all she could do was offer $100 dollars and no refund on the redelivery and that I was lucky to get that. I refused and had to wait several hours for a second manager to call me back. This manager refused to budge and said that I got the service I had asked for and that is all they guarantee despite the "100% satisfaction" guarantee on their website. The dispatch team at Paqoima are Josh and Ignacio and both continuously told me whatever they thought I wanted to hear in order to appease me and made no attempt to actually help. It was a game to them and it was clear they enjoyed their power over me and that there was nothing I could do. Whenever I asked to speak to a manager I was given the same answer, "I am the manager". NEVER use ABF Upack. It is such nightmare to have all of your belongings in the hands of someone you can't trust or even believe.
