TLS Van Lines

After my mother passed away in California, I hired TLS Van Lines to move her furniture from CA to GA.  They delivered the furniture in Atlanta on a very timely basis with zero damage.  During pickup in CA, they told us that it was a full size semi truck that would deliver the furniture in Atlanta - we didn't totally understand the implications of that.  When the truck arrived, it could not make the final turn to my cul de sac, so there was an extra charge to park down the hill and carry the items up the hill.  The TLS manager was kind enough to discount the additional fee from their typical fee for carrying the furniture up a hill, and the guys who carried the furniture worked extremely hard and completed the move in a very short amount of time.  Overall, even though there was an unexpected fee, I would say that TLS did a great job and I would definitely hire them again and trust them with my belongings.
