TLS Van Lines

I was searching for an affordable and experienced moving company. I know this it is really hard to trust your goods to strangers but my friend suggested me to hire TLS van lines. I was provided with a good rate. I have never seen anyone work going up and down the stairs without touching the walls as Jose, Tom and Mark did. They worked hard with a great attitude. I will never use any other company. They are the best and I definitely recommend them!

TLS van lines did an excellent job of moving our stuff from California to Arizona. It was quick and efficient. The payment scheme is based on the number and size of the boxes and not weight so minimizing the number and packing them to capacity is a must! The guys who did the actual move were very nice and professional. Hopefully we will not require their services again any time soon, but we would certainly use this company again for our moving needs.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!  I suspect most of the "good" reviews were written by owners or friends because this was the worst mover experience I have EVER had.  We relocated a four bedroom house from CA to TX.  First, I was told that they "don't need to come out to your home to give you a quote.  You know what you have better than we do."  So, the quote of just over $7,000 became over $14,000 on moving day!  Obviously I underestimated - you know, me not being the expert.  Then, they charged me $549 for 11 last minute boxes they threw some things in for us.  They showed up at our new home in TX with all of our boxes - including many clearly marked FRAGILE - crushed together in the truck.  The driver/leader of the TX crew was a complete jerk!  He spent the entire day on his cell phone wandering around our house prodding the guys who were working their tails off to hurry and finish, even telling them when we bought them pizza and drinks for lunch, that they weren't getting paid for "time eating."  When I had to leave in the afternoon to get my kids registered for school, this jerk started asking my husband continuously "are you finished with us?"  Finally, they left without doing much of what we paid for - all patio furniture left unwrapped, patio table not put back together and 5' glass top left standing leaned against a wall, bedroom dresser mirror left sitting on the floor, and many other pieces unwrapped, I assembled, and stacked for us to deal with.  Bottom line: this company is very unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend them to my worst enemy.  Please save yourself the stress, heartache and financial burden of dealing with TLS Van Lines!!

These guys are awesome!!! Very happy with the delivery of my Ducati and my sandrail from California to Florida they came to my house and strapped it down properly. The delivery was easy they arrived earlier than they quoted which was nice they charged me exactly what they quoted (Best price i could find in L.A) Unloaded everything and help me get everything in my garage. I plan to work with these guys again very soon! -Ben

We moved from Los Angeles to Asheville NC. TLS Van Lines gave us the best price and were very professional! It is a big decision picking who will move your possessions. We highly recommend this company. Only one recommendation. Make sure they wrap corners of furniture well. Some of our furniture had damage.
